I wasn't really sure what to expect when I went into this. At first it was a bit off putting, but it got pretty good. I wasn't a huge fan of the ending unfortunately, but it was still a decent book.

Good book. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series. It does help a little to have played the games that the book is based off of for deeper immersion. Though Not necessary to enjoy it.
