The issue of "bad habits" is the one we can all relate to- its not an easy one to solve!
However, with some right guidance, and common sense approach, you can- and Max's book offers just that.
It is very well laid out- short chapters, logical step -to -step tasks; enough space between the paragraphs for the text not to appear cramped.

Its not a very long book, but I feel its an advantage! There are some other excellent books on the subject of habits, but they are a few hundreds of pages long.. hard to find time to read those.

To summarize, if its a guidance with forming new positive habits, and breaking old negative ones, that you need- look no further- highly recommend :o)
