A handy, small-size guide to all the opera's you're ever likely to want to see or listen to, with plot outlines and brief synopses. Take it with you and save on the official programme... I pop down to Covent Garden occasionally when there's something on. The first opera I fell in love with was Aida. Also like Don Carlos and The Magic Flute, which sometimes comes round at Christmas. I've been listening to Handel operas on All Opera Musick, an US radio station I found on Itunes on my desktop just a few weeks ago. Good background noise...
