The Wolfling's Bite: A Nightmare Club Spooky Story

Rate this book
Welcome to the Nightmare Club, the sleepover that is definitely not for wimps. Annie Graves is your host, and she only invites guests who can tell really creepy stories. Jessie was nuts about her cute little Wolfling toy. But her brother had heard rumours about they could move without being switched on. They could turn nasty. He even heard that they could bite. Read it, if you dare – and hang onto your nose!

A creepy skin crawling story to frighten the wits out of your little sprogs! This is the perfect read for your munchkins that love a spooky tale. Fictional storyteller Annie Graves invites you to a sleepover, but only if you can tell a scary story to thrills and chill the guests. The wolflimgs bite sees a robotic wolf toy take on monstrous qualities when it comes into contact with two things with very serious consequences. This story firmly deserves its spot in The Nightmare Club for kids. Thrilling not too scary and perfect for young readers. #thewolflingsbite #anniegraves #oisinmcgann #littleislandbooks

The book was amazing!
A lot and of fear throughout and just a page-turner
The only bad bit for me was when the protagonist was injured, and I just can't take gore!
Overall though, a very good read

Don’t even bother showing up for a famous Annie Graves slumber party unless you are prepared to share a truly terrifying tale. A story so horrifying that sleep will be made impossible for your fellow party goers. Jonah tells the true story of his sister’s unfortunate disfigurement at the teeth of her beloved animated Wofling toy Twinkle.

These quick reads should be shared in darkness with only a flashlight and a creepy sinister voice. Although the books are numbered the haunting yet humorous story-lines appear to be independent from one another and do not need to be enjoyed sequentially.

*Additional note: this was mine and my daughter’s absolute favorite in the series.

Scary story about a child's toy. I enjoyed this book. "They can turn nasty. And they can bite..."
