Including the phrase "quiz book" in the title feels a little reductive. While the limericks here are of course entertaining and cheeky per Cannata's sense of humor and the longstanding tradition of entering into his reviews with them via the Filmcast podcast, they're by and large wonderfully crafted using said poetic device. This was a lovely rest for my brain after reading "House of Leaves", and I'll admit to some personal bias of course, having been a Filmcast listener for more than 5 years.
