An ancient mystery ignites a modern day treasure hunt.

When an artifact with the potential to destabilize the Middle East disappears, experts Avery Turner and Carter Mosley are summoned to retrieve it. Their Egypt. Their a centuries-old relic—a small pin of solid gold, shaped like an ancient goddess.

Needle, meet giant haystack.

Landing in Cairo, the pair are immediately blindsided by a hailstorm of bullets—clear proof that their reputations have put a target on their backs. Navigating through layers of corruption and in a race full of cutthroat treasure hunters, they must outsmart others who are just as desperate to find the pin.

With the situation escalating and a colleague going missing under suspicious circumstances, the odds seem stacked against them. But when a connection between the pin and a forgotten Egyptian queen emerges, the duo begin to think they are onto something.

As danger knocks and adventure calls, Avery and Carter learn that some legends are more real—and more valuable—than gold.

Bestselling authors LynDee Walker and Bruce Robert Coffin craft a gripping adventure thriller where past and present intertwine, threatening world order. Great for fans of Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt series and Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code.

Another good addition to the series, The Pharaoh's Tomb story is told in two different timelines, one in the past when Queen Heba was possibly alive, and another at present days. Avery and Carter whilst doing a presentation for the Senate on the DiveNav are convinced by a Senator to travel to Egypt to retrieve an ancient artifact that has been stolen and if it lands in the wrong hands the world might be in danger. What will follow is a lot of betrayal, lies, fights, visits to interesting but suspicious characters, they'll get shot, heavily beaten, put in jail under false allegations, and at last they'll find what everyone was looking for and more. Really interesting and attention grabbing.
I thank the authors and their publisher for this ARC.

Interesting adventure: this time Avery and Carter find themselves in full Indiana Jones/Lara Croft mode, archeological digs, pyramids, and all.
All of your favorite characters make an appearance and different characters rotate through the main spotlight. I enjoy the series as it always gives me a topic to explore.

The Pharaoh's Tomb (The Turner and Mosley Files Book 4), my second read from author LynDee Walker co-writen with Bruce Robert Coffin, a 468-page mystery action thriller that grabbed me and kept me reading until finished. Totally unputdownable! Treasure hunt, ✓. Historical mystery, ✓. Engaging, likeable characters, ✓. I received a complementary Kindle copy and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. OOPS! I've read book #4 before reading books #2 & #3, oh well, I look forward to reading more from this author with The Cardinal's Curse (The Turner and Mosley Files Book 2) and The Pirate's Secret (The Turner and Mosley Files Book 3) already high my TBR list. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

This is another great story in a series that I love. Avery, Carter and Harry embark on a wild ride of a case when asked by a congresswoman to help keep the peace in the middle east by helping to find an ancient Egyptian artifact. There are many twists and turns and much action as they are relentlessly pursued by various groups while being forced to stay in Egypt by the security forces there. It is definitely a page-turner. Many times I felt that they were in over their heads, but they worked with new allies to solve a mystery and win.

There is a great plot, the same wonderful characters (with some interesting new ones) and a top-notch setting. I look forward to the next one.

Excellent!

Avery, Carter, and Harrison head to Egypt to recover a stolen artifact and prevent war in the Middle East. They soon find themselves embroiled in danger, immersed in corruption, and targeted for death.

This is a well-written mystery, like a cross between Lara Croft and Indiana Jones. I liked the way the storyline bounces back and forth between ancient Egypt and the current day. I look forward to reading the next book in the series. I received a free copy, but my review is honest and voluntary.

This is an entertaining treasure hunter series! Avery, Carter and Harrison are coerced into traveling to Egypt to find a lost relic that will destabilize peace in the region if it falls into the wrong hands. Of course that isn’t the whole truth, and they find themselves trying to figure out who’s friend or foe. When trust is in short supply, old friends from a previous adventure travel to Egypt to join the quest. This is another saga of pure treasure hunting entertainment from LynDee Walker and Bruce Robert Coffin!

Avery Turner is doing a presentation to the US government when they get recruited to find a stolen artifact that has the potential to avert a war.
The trio (Avery, Carter and Harrison) head to Cairo blind, not sure what they are getting into. The greeting at the airport is explosive and things get worse from there. Carter ends up in the hospital, Marco (pilot) and Harrison in jail … what have they gotten themselves into!
I enjoyed the history chapters intertwined with Avery and teams’ adventures.

This series gets better and better. I stayed up late to finish it in one sitting. While I wish a main character hadn’t been sidelined for much of it, the setting and story were intriguing! Can’t wait to read the next one.
