Drivel

This story is so wordy with several incomplete story plots introduced but not really completed. It seems there was a lot of repetitive thoughts.

Maggie's introspection took up the entire book.

Maggie was inside her head from beginning to end.

I love this author. She brings out the common things that are in a family that I was raised in. There is always something going on that needs to be addressed by the whole family. There is always one in the family that has all the solutions no matter the problem. I have read 14 of her books and I can't wait to get the next one. Her books are so real to family living. Keep going Annie!!!

Sleighbells review

The author keeps the story moving. I enjoy reading about the continuing lives of the people with a few new ones thrown in. The setting allows me to imagine being there. I have read the previous ones and look forward to more.
