I finished Jesus Calling this year as well. This book was a fantastic comfort to me this year throughout pain and loss. It primarily focuses on Psalms and Proverbs, my favorite day of each week was Saturday where two questions allowed me to express all the thoughts gathered through out the week. I did not agree with all commentary, but this in no means enough to make me dislike this book in the least.

I originally purchased this in a Walmart. The leather cover is strong and rather attractive. It has a beautiful design carved on the front cover along with the title beautifully carved too. The book is NKJV. The devotions are applicable to life. I highly recommend this to every one.
