I feel like I’ve been knocked over by a force ten gale. This book packs one heck of a powerful and unforgettable punch. The depth and emotions just blow you away, they are so palpable and real, your heart can’t help but take this wonderful and inspiring roller coaster ride with you.
Absolutely nothing could have prepared me for the avalanche of feelings and emotions that swirl the rough each page of this masterpiece. Honestly, this book has totally wrecked me, in the best possible way.
Eddie ….. this man is not only totally delicious but he’s the epitome of everything we could ever dream of, or want in a man. Not only does he have the purest of hearts but he matches it beautifully with a soul of pure gold.
This is a man who was treated badly as a child until he was enveloped in his found family that saw the real him and accepted and loved him for it. The love he has for his found family is unbreakable and all enduring . His devotion to those in his heart is without hesitation and true.
Watching a man like Eddie fall for someone in a way that there’s no coming back from is so beautiful and compelling. I love the way he owns his feelings, the way that he stays true to himself. Watching the man fall first packs a powerful punch.
I love how she becomes his whole world, how life he had never noticed before that his life had no colour until she stepped into it.
Laney is an absolutely beautiful character. She gives so much of herself to those around her. She envelopes them in her warmth and light and it’s so awe inspiring to get a front row seat to watch this.
She has been mistreated I. The past and I hate that this has changed who she was meant to be, what she was always meant to share with others and I love that she slowly gets that back. Singing isn’t all about the tune, lyrics are a powerful tool and I think L Knight shows this off perfectly.
I love how she opens her heart to Eddie, how she’s unable to stop her emotions from running wild. She’s so open and accepting, watching her support and love Eddie was so heartwarming. Their bond strong snd sure made my heart ache.
L Knight has gone above and beyond with the truly magnificent read. This is a perfect accompaniment to the tightrope series and a book I will definitely be buying the ebook and paperback copy of.
You can never go wrong with a book by this author. She puts her heart and soul into these beautiful and unforgettable reads. She is a true master of her craft.
If you can’t already tell I couldn’t recommend this compelling, heart warming and addictive read highly enough.
You would have to count every star in the night sky twice to come close to doing this spellbinding story justice.

Been waiting for the next story in the Tightrope series and Laney and Eddie didn’t disappoint.
Laney needs a good man, someone who will appreciate her and support her after her deadbeat boyfriend(Love how she got him back-Girlpower!) while Eddie needs stability to balance his sing career and stop the record company from having all the power.
The two of them together have an electric attraction which is immediately switched on as soon as they meet.
Being on the outside as they fall in love, with all their doubts, passion and baggage is amazing to watch with the fabulous writing of L. Knight.
A great story with layers which set you up for the next book while also linking everything back to the original story line.
She infuses her writing with such care and devotion to the characters that they feel like people you know. A great read that cements her as one of my favourite authors and the Tightrope series is shaping up to be another automatic download!
A definite recommend to read…well done L Knight on another masterpiece

This had it all. Suspense, drama, danger and emotion. Such a brilliant book!
When Laney kicked her cheat of a boyfriend out after she gave him a bad tattoo, Rockstar Eddie Crowe was there to defend her when he got violent.
I enjoyed the deep emotion in this story. The layers of plot also such as joey's kidney issue and her issues missing Eddie.
They really had the best connection. A fast build romance but it was filled with emotion, connection and chemistry. They had similar interests, great people in their lives and a profound love for each other.
This really was a brilliant read. The characters were the best and made this a compelling story from the very start. Eddie and Laney were sweet but also steamy and intense but I couldn't leave this book alone.
A truly fabulous read and I highly recommend it.

I was a bit apprehensive starting this book. I’m not a fan of books about musicians and thought I was going to hate this book. But, once I start a book, it is just inconceivable not to finish said book, for me that is. I have to finish the book, it might have me changing my mind that I would like the book. There might be twists in the book I didn’t see coming because of my preconceived thoughts. And I have to admit, I’m happy that I finished this book. This book was all about an endearing, pure love between the main characters but also the love they have for their friends. It has love, obviously, but then comes the quirky characters we’ve met in previous books. The snarky Cherry, the charming Lexi and the charismatic Frankie. Add in the devotion of loving parents Sam & Lucas, with their ill little boy Joey & of course the badass Nico. Please let the next book be about Nico!!!

I had forgotten just how much I enjoy reading L. Knight’s work - and this book was a powerful reminder. It did not disappoint. With a perfect blend of romance, drama, danger, and raw emotion, the story delivers a gripping and satisfying read from start to finish.
Packed with suspense and a fast-paced plot, I found myself eagerly turning each page. Although musician-themed books aren't usually my preference, I wasn’t about to pass on a new release by L. Knight; and I’m so glad I didn’t. This novel challenged my expectations of the genre in the best possible way.
Laney and Eddie are a fantastic couple, and their chemistry feels authentic and engaging. All the characters are well-developed, relatable, and likeable, which makes the story even more compelling.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book and eagerly await the next instalment in the series.

Loved the whole series of Tightrope witty,swoon worthy and plenty of action.
Meet Laney a young talented soulful voice that her current ex boyfriend Randy Calhoun who's parents have a hotel and for the last part Laney had worked to the bone and discovered her ex cheated on her and her revenge was sweet!! And also the handsome star that walked in at the exact moment to save her .
Meet Eddie Crowe a super busy country singer well known in the industry came back to meet his brothers from another mother who he do anything for them and as he found out that Lucas Ryan son was getting worse Eddie used his name to gain the status and momentum in his work to draw awareness campaign. He meets a feisty young beautiful woman and everything falls into place . With a few setbacks but nothing stops Eddie Crowe.
Absolutely love the characters highly recommended reading

Right off the top...I loved Eddie Crowe. There was just something about him that spoke to me. His loyalty and love for lifelong friends, his protectiveness, his compassion for life and his music plus his penchant for making things right were qualities I admire. Laney "crashed" into his life for a reason. Making her his was never a doubt. Their connection is immediate and her caring nature prove to be a balm for his soul. You'll have your heart strings tugged, cheer for the perfect revenge plot, and root for the ultimate take down in Love Loathe Devotion. L. Knight has written another remarkable love story. Kudos!!!

Book 3 in the Tightrope Series!
Wow, this was different than any L. Knight books in the past. I am not a huge musician fan with books but this one kept me glued to my seat and with the book in my hand from the start until the end.
Eddie finds himself not enjoying the music anymore, too much of always being on the go and not having a break.
Laney finds how controlling her ex has been and just wants to forget and enjoy her revenge!
The stars aligned perfect for Eddie and Laney to meet up and we get to watch their relationship grow from the beginning!
I have missed reading books by L. Knight but the wait was surely worth it!

I loved reading Love , Loathe and Devotion .
It's an outstanding and Amazing suspense romance . Laney runs it Country Music star Eddie Crowe and never thought she would see him again . Laney struggling finds herself quickly Eddie's fake girlfriend but feelings get involved and soon things change . As they both work hard to help their friends sick son . Laney's past comes back to get her . Eddie will do everything to save the woman that changed his world . This story is a beautiful and emotional story with sensational characters . I really enjoyed reading it . I highly recommend taking the time to read . I volunteered to read and review .

Loved it. The connection between the three friends and the instant support they give each other no questions asked is one of the things that make this book. Eddie’s character is one of those people everyone col wish for in their life. Laney just compliments him perfectly.
I thoroughly enjoyed the first two books. However, this one for me beats those two hands down. There is so much in it that just grabs your heart. Edge of the seat and very emotional bits makes it a must to be added to your TBR. Be warned hankies will be needed.

Loved this book , It has everything you could possibly want in a story,suspense,drama scorching chemistry between Eddie and Laney and also humour in parts.
Eddie the famous rockstar who isn’t really happy with his career or life and laney who has a control freak ex fall fast but have a lot thrown at them in a short space of time.Throw in a great group of friends,two of whom have a very ill child and a vengeful old one night stand of eddies,then add in Laneys unhinged ex boyfriend and you really won’t want to put this book down it all adds up to a thrilling read !!

Laney and Eddie's story was a sweet romance, full of emotion and suspense. I really liked these two as a couple.
I loved that there was no miscommunication trope in this one - once they met, they were basically inseparable, even with the distance while Eddie traveled. One situation could have been cause for concern, but Lacey didn't jump to crazy conclusions, and instead got to know his friends.
There's some drama (her ex is just a terrible person) and some heartwrenching moments. I may have shed a tear or two.

I want an ‘Eddie’ - oh boy is he smoking’ hot. Laney is such a sweet girl, selfless and kind and yet broken too. But I loved their story. Another great read and the final part of the Tightrope Series, this has made me want to go back and start at the beginning again.

OMG⁉️ I just finished Love, Loathe (Lies), Devotion! I am just so overwhelmed at how wonderful this book is! I cried, laughed and everything in between. I fell in love with love all over again…. and with Eddie and Laney! And I hope and pray that more famous people would do what your Eddie did for organ donation! L Knight, this book is incredible and I very highly recommend it to ALL! TWENTY STARS!

Omg this book is absolutely fantastic and will definitely have you engrossed from the beginning until the end. It's such a heartbreaking story filled chemistry and romance and suspense and action packed with so much more .I absolutely fell in love with Eddie and Laney's characters and their story. Absolutely fabulous book. L Knigh, I love Eddie and Laney and all the characters. From the moment Laney crashed in to him and agreed to be his girlfriend to help his image and ultimately keep her safe from her ex. Both are scared how quickly they fell and what they may lose so they keep secrets to protect one another but unfortunately it backfired fit both of them. Maddie Wade you are fantastic and once again you’ve brought us another spectacular read. From the beginning I knew by the first chapter I was in for a great read. Eddie Crowe & Laney find something special with each other but they’re both afraid of believing it will last. Laney is being stalked & threatened by her ex boyfriend more but she hides it from Eddie while Eddie is upset over his upcoming tour but he’s not explaining to Laney any of the real reasons.

When Eddie and Laney run into each other literally it's an instant connection for Eddie. Laney has just split from her boyfriend no place to live and no job. When Eddie asks her to be his fake girlfriend she agrees. This book is a rollercoaster of emotions and chemistry between the two and then there's Joey which will pull at your heartstrings. This book has everything to keep you reading. Emotions, loyalty, friends, betrayal and romance.

Eddie and Laney story was a delight to read the chemistry these to had on there first meeting was off the chart.
I loved the side story running throughout it showed depth in both characters.
Always like seeing other characters from this series forgot how much sass Cherry had.
I have my fingers crossed that Nico is getting a book🙏🤞

Who the heck finds their boyfriend is cheating (he doesn’t know she knows), plans a crazy revenge prank, and doesn’t clean their shit out of their shared apartment first?!? She’s upset he threw her shit out on the lawn but like, did you think he would be civil after you tattooed him a cheater?!? At this point her age is unknown ..🙄

My heart was so invested in this story and the characters, at times I was nearly sobbing and other clapping. It's a real rollercoaster of vulnerabilities and emotional turmoil from start to end. Suspense, love galore, friendship that is stronger than blood. Baddies that need putting in their place. Finally a happy ending that I didn't feel would be completely happen. Wow!

I absolutely loved both Eddie and Laney, from the start i knew that these two were meant for each other. The story had all the feels the angst, the love and the HEA. I always love L.Knight and read all that she puts out. I am anxiously waiting for her next book which will not be soon enough.. I highly recommend her and her Maddie Wade books you will fall in love with her style of writing...

Found family is the best Family to have. Choices about love, relationships, brotherhood, and future all revolve around maturity and strength. It takes emotions, strength and a willingness to get invest in another for true involvement to realize. Eddie's ability to put others first, his ability to care and provide protection, make him irresistible.

This is my favorite book that L Knight has ever written. It was a good story full of emotions and suspense. I couldn’t put the book down. I love Eddie and Laney’s story. It was beautiful and very steamy. This series is about a group of friends that always have each other’s back. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

Totally loved this story by L Knight. Eddy and Laney share friends united by the ongoing tragedy of friend’s 3 year old son in bad need of kidney transplant. Eddy performs at a gay friends wedding reception and his controlling publisher decides he needs a fake girlfriend which he gets royally upset about. Eddie meets Laney tearing out of his favourite tattoo parlour where she has just gotten even with her X boyfriend of a few years with a “revenge” tattoo and Eddy rescues Laney from his wrath. There is an instant spark between the two and when they meet again at the hospital when little Joey who is still in hospital wants Laney to sing and read for him. Joey’s parents Sam and Lucas very much appreciates the time Laney spends with Joey when she volunteers 2 days in the Children’s Ward.
On her way out to execute “Randy’s Revenge” she runs into Lucas who is waste of her plans and is worried. He treats her like the big brother she never had. Eddy chooses Laney as the fake girlfriend and offers her a place to stay since the break up with Randy lost her a place to live. From there the story gets so good I read it in one night! Oh my!! This book just wrecked me!!! The story grabs you on page 1 and doesn’t let up until the last word of the last epilogue!! You can just feel every emotion from Eddie and Laney. L. Knight is so good at writing that you are drawn into the story and are just there watching it unfold. There is a little of everything. Laughter, angst, steam, suspense and swooney sweet love!! You gotta read it!!

What an amazing story! I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t leave it down. The sizzling chemistry between Laney and Eddie will leave you hot under the collar. I loved the main characters but also the wider circle of friends. An amazing book. Would definitely recommend this fantastic author.
