This was full of excellent detail and I thoroughly enjoyed it during our Egypt topic. As long as I continued to remind myself that some details had been added to make it more interesting (it was somewhat fictionalised), it really gave me an excellent insight into the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb. I loved it.

Great beginner's look at the discovery and contents of Tut's tomb! Note that some of the historical facts may be disturbing to sensitive children, so parents may want to pre-read.

The discovery of King Tutakhamun's tomb is extraordinary, exciting for Howard Carter and his friends.
This book is a quick read but very informative with photos of the exploration. All young and older readers will be delighted.

Not as good as I thought it would be but very interesting to learn how King Tut's grave was found.
