This book claims to offer economic insight, but it ultimately reads more like a collection of the author’s personal musings than a credible resource. The content lacks structured analysis, reliable evidence, and clear explanations, relying instead on subjective opinions presented as if they were established facts.
This is basically a book of a man's personal opinions. Brad Kong seems to have opinions on everything. Diet, finance, disease, dental care, talking to mich, not spending much on pets are among the topics.
The author read a couple of books that convinced him of how to live his life. He thinks that his opinions should be a guide for everyone.
Some of what he said is unsubstantiated. So, have some solid scientific groundings. I do agree with him that water is the best liquid to drink for our bodies. I don't know why he thinks we are interested in other opinions, like avoiding women who have had plastic surgery. My own opinion is that plastic surgery can be very valuable to burn victims.
This book is sometime, entertainingly sometimes, entertaining, sometimes it is downright irritating, and often redundant.
