Apparently, when we destroyed Hell’s sun, it kicked off a downstairs apocalypse—which was just the extra pizazz we needed in our lives.
So our last stand didn’t exactly work out. Now Hell has grown still, its ever-changing landscape freezing into an eerie, deathly silence, and the only thing keeping me from chucking in the towel are the three heart-achingly beautiful men at my side.
Unfortunately, they damn well know it.
As we roam Hell’s tortured landscape in search of our lost power, my three gorgeous soulmates prove time and again just how distracting they’re willing to be. Now that we’re together at last, all they want is to run off into the sunset with me and leave the world to burn.
But I can’t do that, because this fire is all my fault.
No matter how much I crave the healing touch that only my soulmates can bring me, I refuse to succumb to distraction. I won’t leave Hell to burn without a fight, even if it’s one doozy of a brawl we’re walking into.
We’ve fought our darkest selves, we’ve fought each other, and now we’re going up against the big guy, the one and only—the almighty pain in my ass, and the one I personally blame for every shitshow that’s happened to us so far.
It’s time to fight God.
Hellion Unbound is the third and final book in the Hell's Fire Reborn trilogy and is intended for mature readers, 18+. It contains emotional abuse (from the villain) in the approximate realm of gaslighting and emotional manipulation, graphic violence, past parental neglect, and strong themes of drug addiction. It also contains multiple love interests, graphic intimacy, and explicit MM romance within the harem. Read responsibly.
Jade Bones is a paranormal romance and reverse harem author who loves writing about tempting, swoon-worthy supernatural men and the (equally swoon-worthy) women who steal their hearts. More than just the romance, Jade especially loves to create worlds that mix together gritty urban aesthetics with surreal, dream-like magic.
When she isn't writing, you can find her drinking tea, cuddling her dog, or taking tarot far too seriously.
Edge of your seat mystery, epic world building, swoon worthy love interests, Jade Bones always brings it all and more with her writing.
Hellion Unbound is the epic conclusion to the Hell's Fire Reborn series.
Helena, Lucifer, Logan, and Tobias continue to search for a way to take down God and free Lucifer all while trying to save Hell.
You never quite know where the story is going and what's going to happen next. There are so many moments in time and trials that have you second guessing and questioning everything that's happened and everything that could happen. The character development of Helena and all her men is some of the best I've read. They constantly reevaluate themselves and their actions and are trying to be a better version of themselves.
And as always there are plenty of laughs, banter, and sexy times along the way.
I've loved Jade's writing from when I first read Hellcat Escaping way back in 2021 and I cannot wait to see what comes next!!
This was so good and man was I hooked. This is the final book in the Hells Fire Reborn series. Helena and her harem have been through some thing's lets just say as it's been leading up to their confrontation with God in order to save Hell. The character and worldbuilding in this final book was so good.
This was my first series by this arthur and it won't be my last. I cant wait to find out whats next.
"Hellion Unbound" is the final book in the Hell's Fire Reborn series, and I've slowly watched this series evolve from a paranormal romance to more of a fantasy romance story. The difference, for me, is mostly in the worldbuilding where the author really leveled up in this final book. Exploring this changed hell-scape came with a lot of new discoveries, some original characters and fascinating moments in a world that has entirely different rules and laws compared to the one we're living in.
There is a pretty fascinating redemption arc included in this final book; one that doesn't revolve around the fmc but around other characters that were wronged for a very long time. I like the fact the author included this in the storyline, and really made sure our mmc put some real effort in to right the wrongs he committed in the past. Even though you can understand some of the choices he made, she doesn't let him get away with it without some real effort, and it was nice to watch the bad guy become the good guy. All in all, it's interesting how the author turned some thoughts about heaven and hell upside down, resulting in some fascinating thoughts about good and bad.
This entire book is one big quest, and while I enjoyed all the twists and turns the story took along the way, I have to admit at some point it started to feel a little too drawn out for me. It's the main reason for me to take away half a star rating, but it could have just as well been an entirely personal feeling.
This story is good, it is not a standalone make sure to read book 1 and 2. If not you will be lost. Helene is the main character of this story. Helene had a hard life while she was alive, then she died and things didn't seem to get better. Heaven doesn't want her and Hell either. She doesn't know where she belongs all she knows I that she has Lucifer, Logan, and Tobias. They do their part to show her that she belongs in Hell with them. She is struggling because she can feel the light of God in her. What does she do? Her internal struggle is real. I felt like this is something we all go through on a daily basis. we struggle with our faith, we ask God why are going though this? is it easier to give in to the temptation? How do we move forward? Helene had a lot of temptation and other issues going on. How do you think she handled everything? Did she make it to Heaven? Did she stay in Hell? Did she accept all the love and help from Lucifer. Logan, and Tobias? Go get your book and read it.
This final installment in the “Hell's Fire Reborn” trilogy is one of the best I have ever read, and the culmination of everything I thought it would be. Helena and her harem stood strong in the face of God and not only survived, they thrived. I love that she “gets to the heart of what matters in life”. She challenges God’s system of good and evil, and what she is willing to do for those beliefs. Her clarity of conscious is amazing. I am truly grateful that I stayed with this trilogy until the end.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Helena's story was full of ups and downs but was extremely fun to read.. I love all the changes they went threw the Zeus vibe power hungry image of God in this version. Definitely recommend these books
I’m not sure what it was that I didn’t fully enjoy but bits and pieces of a lot of it the writer does have talent but it just felt lacking to me and confusing in some ways but it’s finished now and I did like how he’ll turned out I suppose
