Gather Dust and Chaff is the third installment in the four-part Marrow series, following Red in Tooth and Claw. The penultimate entry introduces an esoteric new Gestalt and their nation, revealing long buried-secrets. While Rubedo’s party confronts the true nature of the Emblazoned, the Duke of the Sigir Duchy grapples with the unearthing of buried confidence that threatens his rule. The Gestalts, once prey to be hunted and twice weapons to be exploited, face a similarly unexpected role in the battle against the Stag’s armies. Gather unveils new mysteries and stories, offering a broader glimpse into the Graveyard and the men and monsters who inhabit it, all while building towards the series’s climatic showdown.
