The author of this book is a friend of my family, so I might have some bias in reviewing it. Although the book is short (less than one hundred pages) and printed in a large, bold font, it does the job of providing critical information and questions to ask if you are caring for a loved one who is approaching the end of their life.
That describes my own situation as I read The Nature of Dying, and the practical nature of this book was greatly helped by its brevity. If you find yourself in a similar situation, this book can definitely help to guide you towards the essential issues and ignore some of the unimportant noise.
