Mindful

I disliked all the repetition. I enjoyed finally hearing possible felt results of continuous practice. I would refer this to any one seriously involved in the endless pursuit mindful present moment awareness of the eternal NOW.

A good read for beginners

This book explains the steps and end game in a way that everyone can understand. Recommend for those wanting to learn more about meditation and those wanting to live in the now.

Would recommend

Excellent read. Simple to understand with helpful techniques given in simple easy steps. Thank you for this. I will definitely incorporate it into my everyday life.
