The countdown to the end of summer comes to a halt when I meet David Boyd, lead singer of Zone 615. His rugged appeal, and soul stirring voice is on the brink of superstardom, but my plans to leave town means I have to leave him too.

3.5 ⭐️ This was a cute short rockstar romance book. I’ll definitely be reading more rockstar romance. It was easy to read and I enjoyed it alot. The beginning had me smiling so hard because of how cute it was. This is an insta love so they fall for eachother hard.
“His voice puts me in a trance, creating fairy tales in my mind of him kissing me under the moonlight, singing me to sleep, and playing tunes next to the fireplace. Scenarios I never pictured before but wish would come true.”
I like David and Maeve but I didn’t like how he got jealous of her dad’s caretaker because he said he looked at her some type of way. That rubbed me the wrong way because he knew Maeve loves him yet he got jealous for no reason. Both of their mothers were annoying and I hated how they didn’t just let them be always have to make a comment or something. In the end it all works out and I love they never stopped loving each other.

Good story with an okay ending
I did enjoy this book but the ending felt abrupt. He’s a rockstar on tour and she’s a student who still has to finish her degree. I would love to see how they navigate that for their relationship. Other than that this was a good read. Two people who feel that instant spark and don’t shy away from it but their families don’t think it’s a good idea to get involved. This was my first time reading this author but I will definitely be reading more from her.

This book makes you feel like truly falling in love for the first time all over again! If you’re not rooting for Maeva and David this whole book, you don’t have a heart! Loved it!
