After reading Trusting Blake (book #2) back in November 2021 i couldn’t wait to get my hands on the last book in the trilogy! (especially with the cliffhanger book #2 left us with😫)

this book is set two years after Trusting Blake! mila comes back to Nashville for a few weeks to spend time with her friends & family before she goes off to college in San Diego. however, the fun summer she expected takes a turn when she bumps into Blake and his new musician girlfriend Olivia.

when i opened this book I did not expect to experience so many different emotions all at once. it’s definitely been a rollercoaster of twists and turns that I never saw coming!

Mila & Blakes relationship was definitely very intense at first, but as they started talking again and figuring things out, it became clear that it wasn’t just the situation between the two of them at the honky tonk two years ago that stopped them from fixing their relationship.
my heart hurt for both of them as they struggled with what they were going through both separately and together.

i loved seeing the trio back together again (Mila, Savannah & tori) and having them as such a huge part of the story! aswell as the new character, teddy, who becomes a love interested to savannah which creates quite a complicated love triangle🫣

i was a little disappointed that we didn’t get an epilogue at the end but id love a little novella for Blake and mila so we can see where they both ended up. I definitely still have a few unanswered questions… did mila go to Belmont in the end? did Blake get to finally study music full time?

I’d also love a spin-off series/novella for tori & savannah too! i love them and feel like Estelle should definitely write something for them next!

overall, i love this series with my whole heart and will always recommend it to everyone! it’s the perfect summer read and it’s definitely one I’ll be going back to and rereading a lot in the future💞 if you love small town romance, this book is for you!

Why is this a trilogy? Mila and Blake were bland together and we did not need three books to confirm this. I was way more interested in Mila's father and mother's relationship.

Für mich hatte dieses Buch einen absolut nostalgischen Faktor. Ich habe wieder die 14-jährige Sarah vor meinem inneren Auge gesehen; die die Dark Love Reihe der Autorin durchgesuchtet hat, und beim Lesen einfach genau die gleichen Gefühle verspürt. Das war etwas, was ich in den ersten beiden Bänden echt vermisst habe, und mich hier umso mehr über den Schreibstil und das Gefühl zwischen den Zeilen gefreut habe. Gleichzeitig muss ich zugeben, dass mein jüngeres ich dieses Buch wohl nochmal mehr geliebt hätte. Manchmal fühle ich mich schon zu alt für bestimmte Story Lines oder Charaktere, und kann mich nicht mehr ganz so mit ihren Problemen identifizieren - aber das ist denke ich ganz normal, und dann empfehle ich dieses Buch eben an euch da draußen, die vielleicht noch etwas jünger sind als ich!

C'est Estelle Maskame, c'est la maison, elle ne me déçois jamais, je suis incapable de mettre moins que cinq étoiles parce que c'est juste mon autrice préférée et elle m'emmène sans soucis dans son univers dès le début.

A l'heure où j'écris cet avis je viens de terminer ce dernier tome et ça fait mal. Je me suis attachée à cette histoire, à ses personnages...

Encore une fois c'est pour moi un sans fautes pour Estelle Maskame, ses romans m'envoûte et je fini toujours par pleurer aussi. Mais quesque j'aime cette autrice.

La fin, ça me fait mal de dire ça mais quel évolution de la part des personnages, ils ont tous évolués à leur manière et ce tome-ci on voit vraiment la différence.

Mila et Blake pour moi c'est l'évidence même. Dès la seconde où ils se sont revus j'ai pu ressentir l'amour qui a toujours flotté entre eux. Malgré deux années sans se voir les sentiments eux, n'ont pas changés. Parfois le cœur a ses raisons. Je souhaite à tout le monde un amour comme Mila et Blake. Ils se sont battus pour être ensemble mais c'est d'un amour si pure c'est juste beau.

Une très belle fin de trilogie même si j'avoue que la fin reste un peu ouverte pour moi !!

J'ai envie de pleurer encore, trop d'événements ce sont passés.

Es el final de la trilogía. Lo que ocurre es muy predecible y sucede todo muy rápido, pero está bien, es bonito y me ha gustado. Aunque esperaba un epílogo :(

La vibe était trop chouette, super facile a lire, en moins de 48h je l'avais finie.
Cela faisait du bien de relire du Young adult et je pense que c'était la romance parfaite pour ça

Nachdem ich Trusting Blake gelesen habe, war ich total auf den dritten Band gespannt und wollte wissen wie es weitergeht mit den beiden! Mila & Blake sind einfach unfassbar süß zusammen und zwei tolle Protagonisten. Ich fand die Geschichte super, wenn auch etwas vorhersehbar aber nicht großartig störend wie sonst bei anderen Büchern! Was mir allerdings sehr gefehlt hat, war ein Epilog… Ich brauche mehr von Mila,Blake, Tori und Savannah und hoffe deshalb sehr das Estelle mehr über die schreiben wird! Ich kann euch die Reihe und auch allgemein die Bücher von Estelle sehr empfehlen !❤️

Ce troisième tome était génial !! C'est je crois mon pref

J'ai adoré retrouvé Black, Mila et tout les autres.
Avoir l'histoire 2 ans plus tard ma beaucoup plus et le fait qu'ils se sont accordé une seconde chances ma tellement fait plaisir et ma réconcilier avec la fin du tome 2.

Popeye ma brisé le cœur...
Et c'est du young adulte mais qui est tellement bien écrit et l'histoire de se résume pas juste à une petite amourette

Following the events of two years ago, Mila has struggled with her feelings over Blake, and returning to Tennessee for the summer before college, she knows she'll have to face him. But it's harder than she expected, and being in Nashville, with her friends, her family, and around Blake, has brought back all of her memories, and she's second guessing her decision to go to a Californian college. Will this summer be the making of Mila, and her relationship with Blake?

When I finished Trusting Blake, I almost screamed knowing I would have to wait for the finale - and to find out what happened next. So to be asked to take part in the blog tour was a dream come true, and I immediately had to dive in and see whether our favourite couple could have a happy ending after all. Mila has matured so much in the last two years, and now that she's ready to head off to college, she all set for a summer in Nashville to relax. But being in the city she loves, with the people she cares about - especially when her grandfather is starting to fade - she wonders whether her decision to decline her place at Belmont was the right one. However, the idea of being around Blake was so difficult, but once she got over the initial first meeting, it's clear that though her feelings haven't gone, she has to move on, as he clearly has with his new girlfriend. There's a hint of a love triangle at parts, but really, it's obvious to everyone that Mila and Blake are meant to be, and what was attraction and a crush at the beginning, is full blown love, and nothing will come between them. I really felt that this book cemented everything we've seen in the previous books, and was the perfect ending to an amazing series. All of the characters had arcs which were right for them, and my only disappointment was no epilogue to see what happens next. Maybe (hopefully!) we'll get a novella or spin off which looks at Savannah and Tori, and we'll see how Mila and Blake are doing? Estelle has knocked it out of the park yet again!

Creo que lo que más me ha gustado ha sido que el conflicto que tuvo lugar en el anterior libro no se ha resuelto con grandes demostraciones de amor poco creíbles. No han habido parafernalias que mágicamente han hecho aflorar sentimientos ni nada por el estilo. Simplemente han tenido la madurez suficiente para tener una conversación y resolver los malentendidos, asumir sus respectivas culpas y pedir perdón. Y admitir que, en el fondo, no se habían superado. Algo tan sencillo, y tan bien ejecutado. Tan fácil como esperar hasta que ambos sentían que podían hacerlo, sin presionarse.
Me han faltado páginas porque, al igual que los otros dos, me lo he bebido en cuestión de tres días. Es una historia altamente adictiva ideal para un bloqueo lector, con un romance muy tierno, con personajes secundarios con los que identificas fácilmente a tus propias amistades, con un buen ritmo, y con una evolución enorme de todos y cada uno de los personajes.
Mención especial a Tori, la amo y tiene una escena que me encanta en historias de romance.

This book was a good conclusion to the Mila trilogy. I really liked the theme of the story - it highlighted that everyone is flawed and that we all make mistakes, but we can fix them if you put the effort into doing so. The way that Mila and Blake dealt with their relationship was mature and realistic, especially given that they’d been estranged for two years. It didn’t feel forced at all and I enjoyed watching it progress throughout the book. The story also made me feel so many things: I smiled, laughed and almost cried near the end. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the ending. It was a satisfying one don’t get me wrong, but there was something that didn’t get answered by the end of the book that I really wanted to know revolving around Mila and college, but it doesn’t really take anything away from the ending, which gave off stereotypical rom-com vibes. On the whole, I really liked reading this story and thought it was a brilliant way to finish the series.

Que trilogia tão doce. Toca-nos na alma de uma maneira muito fofinha. Não é uma história de muitas voltas, é um amor do coração. E como se deve ouvir o coração.

〰️Mila está mais adulta, além de saber o que quer, tenta fugir de Blake de todas as maneiras possíveis então acaba também por tentar fugir do que quer. Ela apaixonou-se por aquela terra, aquele rancho, aquelas pessoas, e principalmente por ele. O coração escolheu, e os dois anos separados não fez o sentimento desaparecer.

〰️Blake continua com os assuntos nas mãos, a pesar nas costas, mas pediu ajuda para melhor lidar com os problemas. Obviamente que não esqueceu Mila.

〰️Este último livro acaba por ser rápido demais, acho que acontece tudo de uma forma muito muito rápida, nem dá tempo para sentir o que está acontecer. E precisava de mais, aquele fim é lindo sem dúvida, mas queria saber mais. O fim acaba por ficar a história em aberto.

〰️Sem dúvida que é um romance simples, leve, cheio de ternura, daqueles que nos faz acreditar na possibilidade de um amor capaz de tudo. Vale sempre a pena ler estes romances da Estelle Maskame, aliás que venham mais por favor.

Une conclusion parfaite à cette trilogie qui est décidément faite pour être lue en été et pour nous faire voyager jusque dans le Tennessee.

On retrouve Mila toujours désespérément amoureuse de Blake, qu'elle n'a pas revu depuis leur rupture désastreuse deux ans auparavant.

Du drame, de l'amitié, des retrouvailles explosives... Même s'il n'y a jamais de grands retournements de situations, on prend plaisir à vivre ce dernier été avec Mila, accompagnés d'une bande son country.

Voisin lukea vielä kyseisten hahmojen kirjoja/tarinoita tuhansia lisää, koska tästä ei vaan saa tarpeeksi! 🙈 Nyt on tosin aika siirtyä muiden kirjojen pariin. SUOSITTELEN!

Wow. Krásné zakončení série- chvíli jsem se teda bála, že bude 4. díl a já budu muset čekat.

Trochu mě mrzí, že Teddy (sexy stájnik) tam neudělal pořádný drama, prostě taková zbytečná postava.

Jsem ráda, že se tam konala smrt (drama), ale zároveň mě to mrzí.

Krásná odpočinková kniha na léto.
