This book is of no practical help. It won't tell you anything you don't already know. Plus some of the anecdotes used to illustrate points seemed unlikely.

I liked the stories and examples, and the accessible language. It repeated itself a bit though.
In conclusion I found that I'm already a happy person, as I already regularly use a lot of the techniques described in the book. Learning this made me happy anyway, so win-win!
