I used to think my mother was just paranoid—a woman always on edge, always looking over her shoulder. I never believed her fears were real. Not until I watched her die.
Now I’m stuck in a town I’ve never heard of, living with an uncle I didn’t know existed, trying to make sense of a life built on secrets. I thought I came here for answers. Closure. Maybe even a little peace.
Instead, I found him.
Peter is new here too—charming, confident, and far too interested in me. He watches me like he knows something I don’t. Like he’s been waiting.
I should stay away. But every time I pull back, he pulls me in deeper.
And the closer I get to Peter, the more I start to
What if my mother wasn’t running from something imagined? What if she was running from him?
Please note : this book is the first in a continuous series and is not a standalone. Please check out my other books if you prefer standalones :).
Lost Girl: A Spicy Peter Pan Reimagining (The Heart of Neverland) another spicy book not as spicy as the other Peter Pan book I read. This book has a completely different twist and look at the story of Peter Pan.. spicy level is almost 0 in this boom..
Short, but really well done story that's full of questions and mystery.
This book may only be less than a hundred pages, but it certainly pulls you into the world. The characters are extremely well written, and the mysteriousness of the story guessing who everyone is, and how it all connects definitely has you wanting for me.
Right as the book ended, I picked up the second one!
I am so conflicted. It was a great story, loved the vibes. But then, what happened to the rest!? Why was it soooooooo short!????? Definitely needed more!
Well this was an incredibly short read. Less than 100 pages but it grabs your attention. I need more. lol. I read it all in like an hour. I love Peter Pan retellings and this one so far is different. I like it.
