Taking Risks

Rate this book
Travis Giller, alpha of the Northeast BC pack, is used to running his territory—but relationships have always been a challenge, and trouble on his lands isn’t making things any easier.

Enter Mitch Bower, a cunning werecat, and Brody Cadence, a powerful werebear. Both are drawn to Travis, but instead of competing, they propose something unexpected: sharing him.

As the trio navigates pack conflicts and dangers on his lands, their connection grows, and what starts as desire deepens into a bond none of them anticipated—proving that sometimes, strength and love come in threes.

Hmmmm.... I've literally only just started it, but it seems like it's multiple POVs in the same chapter, however the narrator who has a nice voice, but a too out-of-breath diction doesn't change the voice for the different MMCs & there's also no announcement that it's a different POV, which is gonna make this a struggle to get into.

Now, I'm only assuming that it's a different POV as the book starts with a wolf-shifter & suddenly the same voice with no pause nor change of inflection, tone, accent...nothing suddenly says he can smell mutt in a derisive tone & that he's the last of his kind! 😳

At the very least PAUSE or a narrator who CAN do voices would've been better

Ummm

I discovered Myas books and loved the vampire series. I think they have the potential to be even better with some research and lube. Oh, and throw in consent, and maybe a Beta reader or ARC readers would help immensely. I think this book can be even better with some help.
