étrangement.. je n'ai pas l'impression que l'histoire avance grandement malgré un (certain) développement des personnages. principalement sur leur manière de penser à cause des hormones et de l'effet qu'il a sur eux. mais vraiment.. rétrospective des personnages qui manque de quelque chose et angst intensifié.. pas de gros coup de cœur pour moi.
je m'attendais à un plus gros développement de l'univers et du concept d'omegaverse mais je pense que les personnages restent aussi clueless que nous pour le moment !
la relation est mignonne et aurait pu l'être encore plus si ce n'est pour le premier volume pwp qui m'a bloquée.
le style de dessin est très beau et l'histoire pourrait plaire à beaucoup.
ce n'est juste pas pour moi..

Came for the smut, stayed for the emotions and interesting scientific take on the omegaverse origin.
Really, it's nothing like Vol 1 and don't expect the same level of smut. It's much less but instead you've got lots of teen-angst about feelings and desires and I'm here for it. 🙌

volume 2 of no god in eden continues the developing relationship of takai and nishio, the world's first alpha and omega. a really interesting concept, made even more complicated by the fact that they're both still teenagers.
I really liked how this volume explored the changes that this evolution is bringing on. especially with takai, the alpha of the pairing. he's dealing with feelings of possessiveness - both over nishio and 'his territory' - and aggression. and this really scares him. four days ago he was just a genuinely sweet boy who only wanted his crush to notice him.
so this anger and jealousy and biological need for dominance is terrifying to poor takai, who only wants to protect and care for nishio and not hurt him. I feel this was way too short to go into everything they were trying to do with nishio - there's this part where he thinks about "burying the corpses of the words [he] can't say". which is a crazy line and alludes to so much about him feeling like he has to hide his loneliness and other desparate emotions.
the end of this volume feels pretty final. but if we do get more volumes I hope we get to see more of that.

Okay, the second volume was more enjoyable and easier to read.
Like I mentioned in my review of the first volume, this manga has an interesting premise. It explains how alpha and omega entities in the omegaverse first came to be, and how the characters start to understand what’s really happening to them.
But I think I’ll stop at this volume for now. I don’t have any plans to continue with the third one.

Cada dia més enamorada d'aquesta història, és una autèntica passada ❤️ un subgènere tan viciat i suat com és l'omegaverse es reinventa en aquesta sèrie, que ens en mostra la cara més humana amb el naixement dels alfa i els omega. Evidentment hi ha escenes hot, però van de la mà d'una gran exploració dels sentiments dels protagonistes, de les seves angoixes i preocupacions, dels seus desitjos que consideren tabú. Una obra interessantíssima, tendra i trepidant!!! ❤️

My feelings are so conflicting on this. There were parts that I found to be so engrossing and other parts that were just badly written slop. I don’t know if I would say I’d recommend this to anyone. I honestly wish we saw more of Takai and Nishios inner voices and the struggle that they both were dealing with. This pull they feel toward one another and not truly knowing the reason why. It was better than the first volume and I’ll be continuing with the series so 3 stars.

Sigo sin entender porque surgieron los omegas o alfas, pero quitando eso de lado, me encanta cómo se empiezan ellos plantear cosas, que cambios habrá de aquí en adelante y sobre todos sus sentimientos uno sobre el otro.
Takai empieza a tener cambios físicos notables y Nishio tiene más conciencia de su celo, lo que implica eso...
Y ese final, me encantó.

This was a great follow up. Overall, I'm really enjoying this series. It's probably not my favorite thing ever, but the concept is really interesting and the characters are really well developed. I'll even accept the insta-love since it's the omegaverse and all. I'm very much looking forward to future volumes!

Très belle suite!
Nous plongeons davantage dans l'univers de ces tous premiers alpha et oméga.
Nous apercevons un nouvel aperçu des chaleurs de l'alpha qui sont beaucoup plus psychologiques que physiques comme l'oméga.
Un combat durant lequel il s'aggrippe à ses convictions sans tomber au pulsions qui pèsent sur ses épaules.
De plus, nous assistons à un amour timidement grandissant et mutuelle alors que les chaleurs commencent à diminuer leur emprise sur les jeunes adolescents.
Encore une fois, l'écriture des rôles d'alpha et d'oméga sont si naturellement bien présentés. Mais le respect est toujours aussi agréablement présent!
C'est mignon! C'est beau! Ce titre est juste complètement parfait!
