This story was dark, interesting, and unique...which I loved! However, there were many errors in the writing, which should have been edited. Overall, a great story!

This is a very gothic tale, think Ted Dekker while reading and you'll be in that ballpark for vibes.
Definitely much darkness one can deal with within their own lifetime or throughout the generations of one's family. But each person needs to make an individual choice to turn away from such and seek Christ. Which is what I got out of the book's ending.
I want to thank the author for allowing me to read an ARC, this is my honest opinion of the book.
