When 36-year-old Emmanuel Calvert moves into a new apartment in Manhattan, the last thing he expects is to recognize the furnishings of the apartment in the building across from him.

Sloane Ashby spent years trying to break in to the NYC acting scene. When that didn’t take off, she found herself starting a sexy vlog/podcast that quickly found success. And loyal followers.

I really enjoyed the chemistry between Emmanuel and Sloane. Their connection was immediate, which I love. However, I do wish we would have seen a bit more of the transition from lust to love demonstrated. Overall, I’ll Be Watching You was a solid read for me. It was my first from the author, but will not be the last.

One stalker nopeeee two stalkerish mains!!! When we first meet Emmanuel, he's been in lust over a camgirl he's been stalking her online until one day he discovered that his next-door neighbor is his camgirl!!! He has a tiny problem now he feels he's to dark to disturb with his Voyagerism that he pushes himself away, but little did he know Sloane is sorta stalking him though her window watching his movements giving him a free show but thinks he rejected her when he pushes away. The relationship is so fun and delicious on the tension until they both snap and go after what they want.

Emmanuel is so dirty, and there is one scene that had me on the floor wishing this man was real because daddy, I wanted to feel what Sloane felt. We have some insecure moments for both, which I loved. I can't wait for you guys to read this.

I managed to read this in a day and have no regrets 🤭also this is such a perfect palette cleanser if you’re honestly not sure what to read next. It was quick, smutty, and very entertaining ! I will definitely be reading more books by this author.

This Dark St*lk*r/Voyeurism Romance had me from the first page.
This might be a short book but man is it steamy 🥵. They were both equally obsessed with each other and I was obsessed with them. The love between them was sweet.

If Kinks, Dom, praise, CNC Role play and stalker tendencies are your thing this book is for you. I promise you won’t put it down.

You may need a cold shower after this one.
The ending though left me in awe.

The only other stalker romance I have read is Haunting Adeline and I only gave it 2 stars. This story is what I wish Haunting Adeline was!

Seraphine aka Sloane is a spicey vlog/podcaster who in real life lacks the self confidence her online persona exudes. From past experience she can not find some one who will love and support her because of her job.

Emmanuel from being burned in the past has no desire to share an intimate relationship turns to voyeurism which leads to his obsession with Seraphine. For the past two years it's only been her.

What happens when he moves into the apartment across from her without knowing it?

If you like dark romance this is the book for you! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and characters. I felt like I could really picture every detail in my head. There were moments of suspense where I was sweating! Def recommend.

Emmanuel is determined to stay away because he does not watch women without their consent, but what happens if she invites him?

Voyeurism is one of my favorite tropes/kinks to read, and Eva did an amazing job with writing it in this book. I was hooked reading this book as soon as I read it. Eva knocked this out of the park! The story was unique, and I loved it! I loved how both the characters were obsessed with each other. Every time I read Eva's books, they just get hotter and hotter, and I can't decide if this is the hottest book Eva has ever written. This book is filled with spice, and it will have you SWEATING! Eva is an auto-read and auto-buy author for me, I will read EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING from her. Her writing is addictive and unique, and I can't get enough of it. I'm so excited for Eva's next book, I'm counting down the days because I need more of Eva's work!

Emmanuel and Sloane were sooooooo interesting to read. I’ve never read such a slow-but-not-really-slow building stalker romance like this one. At one point I was genuinely confused because I wasn’t grasping their connection correctly but theeeeeennnnnn … whew. Who know watching could get you so hot? I genuinely felt I was in the same building as them, watching them and enjoying whatever it was going on.
I must confess I like how the author portrayed Sloane’s job, it sounded pretty cool and creative ngl. Gosh, plus, she was a sweetheart too. Sloane is not shy but she definitely knows how to tease and how to get the tension going. I wish she could teach a trick or two fr. Now, Emmanuel… I never found a profession sexy but I love me some scientist/intelligent/passionate man.
The scene where they visit Emmanuel’s office 💖💖 and the scene … in Sloane’s apartment, THAT scene. Oh wow, they’re going to live rent free in my head. So hot, some of the hottest scenes I’ve ever read.
I enjoyed this so much because it’s not the usual stalker romance, it felt forbidden and intimate at the same time. I hope you get what I’m saying once reading this masterpiece.

This was a short and spicy read about Sloane (FMC) who has an adult podcast and Emmanuel (MMC) who is an avid listener of said podcast who knows Sloane by her work name, Seraphine. Em is a voyeur and has tendencies that he doesn't seem proud of and doesn't wish to subject others to but Seraphine has been the subject of his desires over the last 2 years and he has become obsessed with her. Imagine his surprise when he looks out the window into the house across and recognises the environment he's been obsessed with for 2 years.

Em is very matter of fact and intentional with everything he does which is something I admired about his character so it was no surprise that he was honest with Sloane from the beginning about knowing about Seraphine. His honesty goes a long way and they make it work and it's hot from the stalker fantasies to the CNC, to the Daddy play 🌶️🌶️

One thing that put me off was how quickly they reached ily, I was literally like don't you dare say it and (surprise) they did. They were cute and hot though so I do recommend if you want a quick spicy read; especially if you want to see a voyeur in action

I frigging devoured this book!!!
Usually voyeur romance is hit or miss for me, and not many have captured my attention as much this little delight of a novella. It's different from other books i've read with this trope, as in having both MC's being voyeurs and the plotline was really well developed for a short story, peppered with suspenseful moments that kept me on the edge of my seat.
I fell in love with Emmanuel and his demons, and i admired Sloan's tenacity and strength. Their relationship was passionate and addictive to the point that they became obsessed with each other.
There was sizzling chemistry between them, and i could feel the intense attraction even when Emmanuel tried to keep his distance. Overall, this story was a steamy dark treat, and I highly recommend it!

OMG!!! 😳 When you are stalking someone for 2 years & move to the building across the alley & your apartment windows line up…then the person you have been stalking sees you & starts stalking you back are you both unknowingly asking for trouble??? Or is this the hottest situation you have ever been in???
I couldn’t put it down!!! There were a few times I questioned my sanity but it was a fun read…oh & super smutty 🥵
If you are into role play check this book out…as I was reading I’d think ‘ah crap’ but as I got further in it I loved it…Emmanuel & Sloane were a good match for each other & a very unlikely pair based off of their job titles…I think that’s part of why I loved it so much

I’ve read many books with Vøyerism & Exhibitiønism, enough to know I’m ALL for it 🤣 but I’ve never read a book that has the plot based around it.

@evamarks books are amazing because they’re so short & easy to read. I’ve always said the best way to break a book slump is to read something short & smutty. Your brain needs something that it can enjoy without having to put a lot of work in 🤷🏼‍♀️

Now, if that book happens to be well written and shares some deep moments between characters?? Sign me up 😌🥵

I don’t relate to the FMC or MMC on any level, but that’s kind of what made this good for me. I felt like I was watching someone else’s life, really getting to see inside someone else’s brain. I almost felt like a voyer myself reading this 😅

If you like dirty talk, Emmanuel is your guy. He’s nerdy & stern, but when he gets Sloane, you get to see his passion and it’s hot 🥵

I wanted to give this book a higher rating, but I am not sure if it just seemed very unrealistic, or because it was basically like an instant love sort of thing. The book was still good either way!
You have Sloane or Seraphine as she is known to her follows/online community. She is a
podcast girlie who dives into some NSFW topics and content. She has hidden kinks and until
she meets Emmanuel, the man who has kept his work life in the lab and his home life separate,
until he meets Sloane. Emmanuel is her neighbor, and has been watching her for years, a concept that isn’t foreign to
Sloane, and she kind of even enjoys some of the time. Until she looks father into herself and realizes how much she enjoys being watched and “chased”. But, Sloane has also been watching her neighbor, and has admired him from afar. She even goes as far as making a podcast regarding a “fictitious” or “anonymous” situation detailing her deepest desires, ones that she would love to fill with none other than Emmanuel.
The reason I was unable to give this book a 4 star rating is because once Emmanuel and
Sloane officially “meet” and become “involved” it seems like an immediate “love” situation, and that just seemed unrealistic to me, but I guess if you are admiring and watching someone from afar for years, it wouldn’t technically be instant then. I just felt like there was something missing, some dimension was missing from this book. It does end in a happily ever after, and I would recommend this to someone who may be new to darker romances and or stalker romances as isn’t nearly as dark as some of the other books I have read, but for me, despite it being a very short book, it just seemed to be missing something, both characters seemed to be one-dimensional, and all around it seemed unrealistic, even for dark romance standards.
However, my 3.75 rating would not stop me from recommending this book to someone in the
future!

Having read this author's work many times before I always look forward to more! From the moment I stumbled across a post for this one I couldn't wait to dive into it! Every teaser had me needing it in my life more. I enjoyed this story so very much!

Emmanuel and Sloane's journey captured my attention quickly and didn't let go! Sometimes all it takes is one look at someone to consume your mind in all ways, something Emmanuel knows all too well when it comes to Sloane. Will these two dive into the depths of their want, together?

From the get go Emmanuel and Sloane had my full attention and both of these characters pulled me in. I didn't know what all to expect going into this story and i so enjoyed the way it kept me on edge and of course, blushing. Emmanuel and Sloane brought the heat!

With I'll Be Watching You, Ms.Marks has created such a good and unique read that was so blushworthy! I can always count on this author to make me feel so many things! I am so looking forward to what she's bringing our way next!

Sloane looks through her window and notices that someone new has moved in. She hasn't seen his face but she likes what she sees so far. One night her friend Liberty tells her that there's no harm in looking. She sees these piercing blue eyes and she knows she needs to talk to him.

It's cute how Sloane doesn't like that a man has moved in across from her. I would have absolutely loved to watch her when she took that first look at him. The podcast she makes is fire. It's so sweet that Emmanuel tells her the truth right away. I laughed when she didn't accept his apology. That sign is his undoing. How adorable is it that she really won't go see him without cookies.

Eva always brings the heat. Whenever I see her books pop up on my kindle I know I'm going to have a good time.

Im a sucker for stalker and voyeurism stuff anyways lol things did move a little quick in this as far as them falling headfirst for each other. The characters both showed a lot of love and devotion for each other, like, next level obsessed with each other 🤣 so like how do I find a man that wants me that bad 🤣🤣

Not a fan. Although it was short, it was way too rushed, felt totally unrealistic and I really didn't resonate with either one of the characters. It took me a really long time to get through this one because it didn't suck me in at any point during the book and I honestly couldn't wait for it to be over! It's very rare that I give things less than three stars at most, but this one just didn't do it for me. Probably won't be reading more by her in the future because I just couldn't get into her writing style.

This was my first Eva Marks book and most definitely wont be my last. This book had me hooked right from the beginning! Great Story!!

Eva Marks has done it again. “I’ll Be Watching You” was a the voyeur romance I was not prepared for. I thought I knew what I was getting into, but I was pleasantly surprised the whole way through! The way that the MCs fit together like two puzzle pieces had my hooked from the start!

We meet our MMC Emmanuel and IMMEDIATELY immersed into his secret life… he’s a voyeur but not just with anyone — a certain sexy podcaster has caught his attention and he has done nothing but listen to her for two years. Some would call it slight stalking and it kinda is, but Emmanuel knows he’ll never get his hands on her so he indulges in his fantasies. That is… until he realizes his neighbor in his new apartment is HER. Sloane, aka Seraphine, can see right into his apartment and he can see into hers. Once Sloane gets a glimpse of the shadowy man across the way, she becomes obsessed with getting his attention because he certainly has caught hers. In an off chance encounter, over the phone, the two connect with their voices only and eventually… they’re so interlocked they don’t know where one ends and the other begins.

I haven’t read a voyeur-specific book before and I was happy I did! I love a stalking trope and then add in total opposites, an age gap, instalust and love, and a little bit of a science nerd, and you’ve got a perfect cookie recipe. Speaking of that, there is an odd cookie recipe Sloane tries and I am still confused about it 😂😂 Emmanuel is a dream MMC and is willing to do anything for Sloane, including setting side his biggest secret and get comfortable with her. Their chemistry is INSANE and the spice is *chefs kiss* Eva Marks never lets me down in that department. Never.
