I fell across this book in my library and brought it home as a 'gap filler' while waiting the books I have ordered from my library

Battle Over Bavaria The B-26 Marauder Versus German Jets -April 1945 by Robert Forsyth The History of the Air Intercept Radar and the British Nightfighter 1935-1959 by Ian White

Many brief accounts on all kinds of WWII mysteries. And done well in a sober sober way. Some of the accounts even got me interested in reading more about the subjects

Some events that happened in WW2 set in a mysterious context: Georg Elser and his attempt of assassinating Hitler, Europe's looted treasures, Rudolf Hess, Project Amerika, the mysterious death of Glenn Miller, the race for the a-bomb. Some of the stories were quite gripping others not so much. Overall a solid read on the topic with many photographs and pictures. Recommended.

The topics are interesting but... A lot of the articles present the cases but not really what the mystery is. This book was easier to get into and enjoy than other books on WWII mysteries.
