Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

Nice short introduction to Martin Luther. Gives enough information for one to decide if they would like to know more or not.

Great read considering I got it thrifted at a Christian book fair.
I suspected the author would on occasions unnecessarily project his own vision of an ideal christian life onto small details of Luther’s private life that might have otherwise remained unknown had he sticked to expanding on the intellectual work and moral principle of the father of the Reformation.
