It’s so motivating and inspiring to find an person that is not afraid to showcase their gift and WANT to share that gift with the world. As a writer myself that hopes her words help someone see the light within themselves and chose life over death, this book just gave me that BOOST that I NEEDED!
Tony states “how irreplaceable and valuable you are to the world. Being yourself is the best way to make a difference in the world” that statement alone defines a VISIONARY. He openly gives his personal experience and struggle with finding his own purpose and encourages everyone to pull out the visionary within yourself. He literally asks you the questions that you have been needing to answer if you are not too sure what your purpose is. You want a book that gives you some “pep in step” in your vision this book will give you that inspiration that you are missing and you will find in this book! Just like he also states “the world needs YOU”

Even if you’ve written 50 books yourself (pick up something new that might work for you) or are struggling to know where to even begin, this is the book for you! It’s refreshing to read a book where the author not only relays a message that he suggest people to follow but he follows his own advice, and I can clearly see that it works!
Fear is probably the number one factor that holds anyone back from doing anything, let’s be honest. I know this first hand while I struggled with fear to decide if I was ready to release my own thoughts into this massive world of strangers. I related with the author because I tell you this much, deciding to let go of that fear is not a easy thing to do but it’s worth it.
You won’t find another book like this one. As well as you won’t find such precise structure and exceptional amount of information in less than 40 pages from any other author.
The author provides a look into his own struggles, from fear and doubt to even begin writing, to how he got started and shares routines that help him still to this day, in hopes it will motivate the reader to get their thoughts on paper and share them with the world. (Trust me, it’s a lot easier after you make that first jump)

"You don't need to be rich, famous, or a genius to be a visionary. Visionaries are common people with an uncommon desire to bring about change in the world." This statement alone gave me goosebumps and ignited a fuse inside of me that told me that I too can become a visionary and make a difference in the world.
This book offers a practical guide to assist anyone with finding their purpose, helping you to understand the different components of vision, and an effective action plan to help you get started on your journey to fulfill your goals and bring your vision to fruition.
If you have a burning desire to share your unique gifts and talents with the world but you are unsure of how to get started, I highly recommend this book for you.

If you're looking to write a book and don't know where to start, this is a MUST READ for you. What makes this book so AMAZING is the fact that it's straight to the point about why you should write a book, explains how to develop a title and content, and gives easy daily actionable steps that you can take to get you started on writing your book. On top of all the knowledge and tips in this book, the author gives you hope that you can get over your fear of writing and become an author some day. The best advice I received from this book was to not really focus on writing a book instead, write down your conversation that you would have with someone about the content of your book. That advice definitely stuck with me and has helped me in writing my own book.

This book will make gears turn in your head! Tony Rogers Jr. ingeniously motivates and inspires people to make a positive change, while giving substance, purpose, and direction to their lives. The author brilliantly breaks down all the steps that one must take to become a true visionary! He explains that anyone (regardless of race, creed, or social status), can become a visionary. Also exemplified, is the concept that "fear strives to keep you small, to make you play it safe, or just be average." Therefore, this book really helps people to break free of the mental blocks and encumbrances which may inhibit them from becoming the very best they can be! — (Neil M Pine)
