Jupiter, Peter a Bob sa vybrali na majstrovský zápas v plážovom volejbale. Všetko bolo super až do chvíle, keď jeden hráč z tímu favoritov klesol k zemi ako mŕtvy. Vtom sa v piesku zjavil obrovský čierny škorpión a na pláži vypukla neskutočná panika, na ktorú Jupiter takmer doplatil životom. Pátrači sa okamžite vrhnú do vyšetrovania nebezpečného prípadu, v ktorom okrem jedovavých škorpiónov a hadov figurujú hlavne nebezpeční pašeráci...

Bei einem Beachvolleyballspiel in Rocky Beach wird einer der Spieler von einem giftigen Skorpion gestochen. Sollte das Spiel sabotiert werden? Wie kam das Tier auf das Spielfeld?
Ein spannender Fall für Justus, Peter und Bob.
☺️ Zugegeben, der Fall ist wirklich nicht sehr realitätsnah, aber mir hat er trotzdem Spaß gemacht. Tiere, die in irgendeiner Art giftig sind, finde ich grundsätzlich schon spannend :)

An manchen Stellen vielleicht ein wenig unrealistisch, aber dennoch sehr spannend geschrieben.

i didn’t expect much from this book, as it was one of the wild-animal themed and simultaneously sports themed cases, neither of which particularly are my favorites, but to my surprise, both of those themes were kept more in the background. the ending itself was (at least for me) completely unforeseeable and i had to rely on jupiter to explain the connection of all the pieces to me (as it should be), even to some extent after the showdown on the very last pages.

but, just as a side note, what were those chapter headings? not just that the author or the translator seemed to have read harry potter and the chamber of secrets recently, but there were also multiple ones that just didn’t have anything to do with their respective chapter that i didn’t really got the underlying idea of.

Ein typischer drei ??? Roman. Macht immer noch Spaß, sie zu lesen, obwohl sie sich von der Art her natürlich sehr ähneln.

Als Teenager war ich ein echter Beachvolleyball-Junkie – mein zweites Zuhause war das städtische Freibad, Sonnencreme und Sand zwischen den Zehen. Zwischen den Matches und Pizzstückchen vom Kiosk hab ich mir mal dieses Buch aus der Bibliothek geschnappt – ein echter Griff ins literarische Klo. Das war tatsächlich mein letztes Abenteuer mit den drei ???.
