2.75 - short review because I didn’t realize this was on Goodreads and most of my thoughts have left me, but the main reason I’m rating low is because while I think these are good stories, I don’t know that they’re the best of the best that are out there right now. I was interested in the theming, but it felt like maybe the editors were grasping for straws to try to find stories that fit that theme.
