This is a fantastic book if you have recently been diagnosed with lymphedema. Sam Donaldson being a veteran newscaster knows how to give lots of great information in short, easy to understand ways. Plus he has the condition so he writes in a space of truly knowing what you are experiencing, having experienced it himself. I’m so glad I stumbled across it in the library. I quickly purchased my own copy so I can look things up when I forget them. There’s also pages with exercises that are very helpful.
