The Dagger
Life is good for Andrea Warren, an archaeologist famous now for her discovery of the burial site of the leader of the Lost Colony of Roanoke, John White, in the swamps of western Dare County North Carolina. Living with her husband, Scott, and four-year old twin daughters, Carolina and Virginia, in Williamsburg, Virginia, she is much in demand as a speaker and writer.
But fame has its price. Constant travel and the pressures of parenting are taking a toll on family life, made worse by her worries about Carolina, whose nightmares and developmental issues are causing grave concern. A wonderful trilogy. I hated to see it end.
