I have struggled with treating and living with my anxiety for so long it feels like second nature at this point. I have purchased countless workbooks or self-help books to try, with no luck. It felt like the way it was organized seemed to cause me more anxiety than what was helping. This was the first thing I had read that was set up exactly how I would organize the information. It made it so nice to read and a lot easier to absorb the information.
For so long I never correlated anxiety with my relationships and believed that it only affected me. The chapter about boundaries I found especially useful. I tend to people please and having the different boundaries laid out and why each one is important helped me see things from a totally different point of view.
I highly recommend picking this up if you or someone you know may have relationships affected by anxiety. Be sure to have a highlighter on hand, I found a lot of information I needed to save for later .
