This is a short, delightful book offering a retelling of a handful of classic Irish myths in a straightforward, storytelling format. I believe it’s written with a younger audience in mind as its details are sparse and many of the more frightening and/or intense events from the original sources are left out. For what it is (a fun introductory book), it’s a great addition to a library, and a great introduction to Irish mythology for children.
