Magical Nature Tales is a collection of folk tales, how-to stories and fairy tales in their most generic form for young readers. As a result stories should sound familiar even if all the details are not included like the one-winged swan brother.
The book presents each story as its own chapter with title and site of origin. This is then followed up by a small introductory paragraph that covers either historical information related to the story, physical and/or behavioral traits of included animals or even suggestions on how to help said animals. This is then followed by the story, which os at max about six pages long, although normally much less.
The cover art are components taken from the various stories that are included while also a good portrayal of the illustrations to be found inside. Some of the art takes up a good portion of page as a full page illustration with negative space while others include the whole page along with elaborate and detailed borders.
All in all it is a greater starter guide to these types of stories while similarly keeping them clean and child-friendly.
