Interruptions Book 1: Words of encouragement and insight

Rate this book
While sitting on the shore of the Sea of Galilee in early March 2020, Grant Edwards believed the Lord indicated that he was to be a good steward of the content that He had given to him. When he arrived home from Israel, he chose to self-quarantine for two weeks. He woke up early the first morning of the quarantine thinking, “I love to interrupt people.” It is my mode of leadership – walking around our building, spontaneously greeting, talking with, and teasing the staff. As an interruption, I learned what I needed about the vitality of the staff and the health of the church. Now he was stuck at home. So, he wrote an e-mail to the staff and leadership entitled Interruptions. The Personally, I love to interrupt. I’m stuck at home. This virus has interrupted all our lives. I am going to send an Interruption every morning. He began getting up early and writing. The ideas flowed. They were just there. He seldom re-wrote.It hasn’t stopped. Every morning an idea and another blog. With Interruptions, he has focused on his interactions with God, leadership lessons that he has learned, observations on relationships, comments about the end-times, even science, and his dislike of cats.
