HIGH STAKES NIKKI by Jennifer Roberts
Nikki is tired of the same old Dick. They've been in Las Vegas for two days and the only thing her husband seems to want to do is lose money in the poker room. While she sits in the hotel bar, she is joined by a sexy married couple who can't seem to keep their hands off one another. After several drinks and many laughs, the couple invites her to join them for a little trip off the strip. Nikki isn't used to meeting new people or trying new things, but something tells her tonight is the night to shed old inhibitions.
THE PENTHOUSE SUITE by Daisy Dunn
Mia won a trip to Vegas for two, but on the day of her flight, her best friend gets a bad case of the flu and cancels. Mia goes to Vegas alone and enjoys the sites on the strip. Two days later, Mia decides to spend the night in the hotel casino. She ends up winning a huge jackpot prize and is moved from her hotel room to the Penthouse suite for the rest of her one-week stay. However, the front desk has made a mistake and a gentleman is already booked into the room.
THE BACHELORETTE PARTY by Rushmore Judd
Denise is getting married and her maid of honor and bridal party gather in Vegas for a bachelorette party. The maid of honor enlists her older brother's help to hire a stripper which leads to a special surprise at the party.
LIBRARIANS GONE WILD by T.S. Addison
Janie and Diane are librarians in Las Vegas for a convention on all things stuffy, but when they learn of an exotic ‘stud farm’ on the outskirts of Sin City, they decide to let down their hair-buns and dust off more than their library books. These are two of the sexiest librarians you’ll ever meet.
THE TAMING by Nikki Palmer
Christia flies to Las Vegas with her fiancé to have a quickie wedding so they can start their lives together. As soon as they get off the plane, a mysterious stranger catches her eye. NUDE AND WOUNDED by Anthony Beal
Sex and revenge go hand in hand in this epic short story. Adrienne’s heart, though intact, is peculiar in that it is also empty. It is “whole” and a “hole” in equal measure and demands, as does her other holes, to be filled with some regularity. She likes to keep little pieces of the men she meets in these scenarios. They are her trophies. It seems only fair… given the pieces of herself that she gives away with such abandon.

I contributed a story to this anthology and so you might find my opinion biased. However, I must say, I was thoroughly blown away by the talent of my fellow indie writers.
I told Anthony Beal his story was so good it made me want to quit writing! I mean really, the guy is amazing.
Having never read T.S. Addison, I was very impressed with his ability to 1)surprise me 2)turn me on!
Nikki puts a sexy twist on a old Shakespeare favorite and Rushmore Judd actually made me blush. And as for little miss Daisy Dunn...well...she's so hot I had to put her in my story with Nikki.
Read it or don't, but I'm happy to have been a part of it.

Sin City: Six Scintillating Stories

I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this book other than the cover is pretty, and I was going to read 6 short hot stories by 6 different authors, 5 of which I’ve never heard of, and to my surprise 3 male authors!! YES!! This was new for me too. This was a fun anthology of short sexy stories. I think what brought them all together nicely is that Las Vegas was the setting for all of these delicious romps. It was like being in the same story through out the book, with the scenes changing. I will say that all of these authors have their own voice, and the voices that spoke to me the loudest were Jennifer Roberts, T.S. Addison, and Anthony Beale. All of the authors did a good job with their stories.
Jennifer Roberts (also known as C.J. Roberts) is definitely a talent to keep your eyes on. I enjoyed her playful side, and I loved the chemistry of her characters. Nikki and her husband Dick have put their marriage and their sex life on the back burner for far too long. Taking off for a weekend in Vegas in hopes of igniting some romance, these two meet up unexpectedly with another HOT couple, and one thing leads to another and Dick finds himself in a one on one poker game with Nikki as the stakes. I loved seeing Dick turn all alpha / possessive!
Daisy Dunn serves us up a spicy delight. When Mia goes on a trip to Vegas alone, and ends up winning a jackpot worth a couple million dollars, the casino hotel upgrades her room to a penthouse suite…that’s still occupied by a sexy mulit-millionaire businessman. Boy was he surprised when he arrived back at his penthouse.
Rushmore Judd takes us out for a night on the town with four women having a bachelorette party. As lots of these parties go, we start out in a strip club, and end the party in a hotel room awaiting the private stripper. This stud muffin out performs all of the sexy men at the strip club, with anything goes! This was a hot ménage with one guy and four women, but I was a bit put off by the surprise at the end.
T.S. Addison and his saucy little number takes us to a convention with two librarians who end up looking for a little action of the sexy variety. Janie and Diane blow off an awards ceremony to venture out to a brothel for women. This story was really fun, going to a house full of straight men that aim to please! Turns out Janie has a bit of a dominatrix flare, and the delicious man she picks, all inked and pierced is not accustom to being dominated, but as I said, they aim to please. I would have liked to have read a longer story about Janie and Turk.
Nikki Palmer is sassy and fun, her story tells us that the grass is not always greener on the other side. Christina is a control freak, and on a plane to Vegas with her boyfriend of several years to get married. An argument between them on the plane sets them on different paths for the weekend, instead of getting married. Walking out of the airport into the arms of a suspecting stranger leads Christina on a weekend tryst of domination. Christina doesn't want to be dominated, and while the weekend was fun, that is not her long term plan.
Anthony Beale tells the darker story here. Not emotionally dark, but he adds some unexpected twists to his story. His use of adjectives had me looking up some words, but hey nothing wrong with expanding my vocabulary. Mr. Beale has a voice I would definitely be interested in reading more of.

Since this book have my favorite author...the genius Jennifer Roberts aka CJ Roberts in it I had to get it...her story was the first one and it was a hot little nr involving Swingers in Las Vegas...I read the second one too but it was a dud so Im putting this book up on the shelf and If I ever get in the need for a short sexy little story I know where to go!

This is a hard book to rate, because it is a series of short stories. Some I enjoyed...others not so much. But if you are a fan of erotica and you like CJ Roberts, it's worth the read as her stories are always a pleasure.
