This was a beautiful read.
More about what we know of black sisterhood but it was good to see this backed by research and findings to lead to better mental health and sense of community whether close circle, secondary or global.
The writing style was easy to follow and the 4 parts helps break it down to easy chunks that slowly progresses through the book on the importance of sisterhood. Healing is a journey and how we can write/ rewrite our story.
Many points and notes to reflect on or use as journal prompts. I underlined quite a bit so it's a book to buy and keep!
