Desde ahora dormir 8 horas es un no negociable para mi salud. Es una gran lectura para tomar conciencia sobre este hábito tan desplazado en la actualidad.

Interesante todo lo que se sabe (y aún falta por descubrir) del sueño. Me encanta que es digerible, pero no pierde el toque científico. Totalmente recomendado 👍🏼
