‘Shifty’ is a cheeky collection of steamy Christmas love stories. This eclectic variety of Christmas romance love stories are all quality written, each with well-fleshed, likable, interesting characters, great storylines, yummy spicy spice, and perfect HEAs. Good Stuff.

"Shifty" is a dark paranormal romance collection with six scorching short stories where obsession, power, and twisted desire crash into something none of these monsters expect: change. This book contains 6 short stories. the first three stories are about shifters who stalk their women, and the next three stories are about 3 identical twin cupids who find love in their own unique way. Actually, these six stories would be good if they were developed longer, because the whole story feels very fast or rushed, so it's like there's no deep bond or chemistry between the characters. I think it would be great if both the shifters' stories and the Cupid Brothers were fleshed out into full-fledged books. My favorite story is Kranky Kringle: a raven shifter stalks a grieving woman for almost a year, who turns out she's his childhood friend, this is the only story that I think has chemistry between the characters...the plot is also good and not too fast like the others.

🐺Kranky Krampus
Tells the story of a cursed Krampus who must find his true love to break free from the curse. He ends up stalking Cami, who is on vacation with her shitty boyfriend's family.

🐺Kranky King
Tells the story of a bear-shifter king in need of a queen. He becomes obsessed and stalks Jessica, even killing her boyfriend because of his passion for bear hunting.

🐺Kranky Kringle
Tells the story of a raven-shifter, Kris, and Kate, a grieving woman, who both share trauma from their pasts.

🏹Fallen
Arrow never expected to fall in love with a woman who demands answers after she admits to having seen an arrow piercing her sister, causing her sister to cancel her wedding and be in despair for days.

🏹Cruel
Archer, unable to accept his ex marrying someone else, shoots an arrow that causes her to cancel her wedding.

🏹Broken
Angle, who declared himself a "don't do love" type, falls in love with his assistant, Glenda, when an accident brings them together.

This was a quick and fun read. If you love paranormal romance with a bit of stalking and insta love around... and craving some short stories, this book is perfect for you✨

This was a great short story anthology. I enjoyed all of the stories that were within this book. I just wish they were just a little bit longer each. Such fun concepts, the danger, the spice and everything nice. some of the stories were extremely intense. I cannot pick a favorite, they all are similar but bring something different to the reader. These are great a short stories but have the ability to be turned into full novels if the author ever chose. The creativity is top notch. Just make sure you understand that these are dark romance insta-love situations after short time of distress. There can be many triggers depending on the story. The men in these tales are rough and possessive and will get their way and the ladies in these tales will fight then suddenly love. It is very intense in a short span so be prepared. The spice is steaming.

I received an ARC of Shifty by K.J. Devoir, and I really enjoyed this collection. The short stories were engaging and easy to fly through, yet each one managed to feel complete while still hinting at a much larger world.

The standout for me was anything involving the Cupid brothers—they were fun, intriguing, and absolutely memorable. Those stories were my favorites, and I would happily read more centered around them.

The excerpt at the end of the book was such a tease in the best way. Just when I thought I was satisfied, it pulled me right back in and left me eager for what’s coming next.

Overall, Shifty is a great read for fans of paranormal stories, strong characters, and quick but satisfying storytelling. I’m definitely looking forward to more from this author.

I really enjoyed the first 3 short stories unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the last 3 as much. They felt kind of rushed in a way the Krampus stories didn't. The Krampus stories were dark in the morally gray way I enjoy and the spiciness was great. The Cupid stories started ok with the first and second stories. They could have been fleshed out a bit more to round out the plots but they were still fun reads. The third story felt like it was just there to tie it all together and was rushed.

I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for more books by this author, I think she has more hits than misses.

Cole is used to getting his way, and he will do anything, become anything, to get it. He is generally not delicate or sentimental toward humans. Trouble for the forest and its inhabitants is what drives him to take action when necessary. What started as a girl spending the evening with her boyfriend and his family became the beginning of a twisted game played between her and the new monster in her life, Cole. He was not offering a choice, but instead was demanding she become a part of his world. I was so captivated by what would happen next that time flew by while reading this story.

Compilation of some very steamy short and entertaining shifter stories
If you like your steam in short snippets with gratifying endings, you will surely want to read this compilation. At first, we meet three Yuletide characters who find their mates: Kranky Krampus, Kranky King and Kranky Kringle. Each story ranges from 26 to 36 pages. Basically, a human female meets her shifter mate or in the case of the Cupid triplets they each meet their true love with no arrows involved. Read the stories and you will understand. Thoroughly entertaining with an abundance of steam, plot and quirky characters. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book through BookSirens.

'Dark & Spicy stalker romance duet with a supernatural winter holiday twist.' Yum!

The plot was intriguing and well paced. World building was solidly drawn. The characters were very appealing and complex and complicated and perfectly steamy together. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

This is a collection of six different short stories. Although I enjoyed the majority of them, I realized as soon as I started reading the first one that I had already previously read it. The same thing happened with each one following. I had no idea these were all works that had already been published by this author and then just simply put into one book.

Shifty is a cheeky, steamy collection of dark Christmas romances filled with deliciously bad villains. These aren’t nice guys-they stalk, take what they want, and don’t care who gets in the way. Each story is well-written with engaging characters, solid storylines, plenty of spice, and satisfying HEAs. If you love dark romance and bad boys wrapped in a festive twist, this one is absolutely worth the read.

Overall I enjoyed this collection of books.

Though after the first book, Krampus, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue reading the others. This was my least favourite.

However I did, and was gad I did. My favourite was about the crow, Kranky Kringle. I liked the way it pulled the present from the past.

The men in all were alpha males, taking control, rarely giving the heroines choice. Not that they didn’t being taken control of. Definately lots of sex and he man stuff.

This is a collection of dark stories, filled with even darker villains. These aren’t nice guys, they don’t ask permission, just assume everything is theirs for the taking. They stalk and zero in on what they want and don’t care who gets in the way. I can’t resist a bad boy and this book is full of them!

Shifty is a collection of Dark Romance Stalker Shifter stories.

This was filled with dark and spicy reads. We get a variety of shifter reads, some with a holiday theme.

There are two sets of novellas in this one. We get the Kranky trio and the Cupid trio. Kranky is more of a Christmas/winter feel to them. Cupid is a Valentine's feel.

This is a collection of six dark, steamy short stories filled with morally grey MMCs. The MMC’s are dark, obsessive, emotionally charged and sometimes so chaotic they just take what they want. The first 3 stories were good, but the last 3 felt like they were rushed and could of been better if taken more time

These were very quick, smutty, dark romance shifter reads. Spice was great and lots of it! The stories were a little too short and felt incomplete. But if spice is what you are looking for---this is a great collection!

I liked this. I honestly didn’t know it was a collection of shorts, because honestly I saw the title and figured what the heck lol. But I really entire each of the shorts. I thought each was good. And liked that they were struck one to their own and didn’t run into the others. Each was well written and were perfect for their pages. None felt rushed or lacking of depth to their story.
