Karense is an Elf Princess ostracized by her own kingdom for carrying a human child. With simmering tensions and whispers of rebellion, the King, Karense’s father, takes a desperate measure. He hires Sir Matthew, a disgraced human knight on the path of redemption, to be his daughter’s bodyguard. As the birth approaches and danger mounts, an unlikely bond blossoms between the Princess and the Knight. But can they survive the deep-seated conspiracy brewing against them?
Jacob from the very first page of Blessed Child, I was transported into a world brimming with courage, hope, and unexpected bonds. Your portrayal of Karense an elf princess burdened, yet unbroken felt deeply human, even within the grand fantasy scope. The tension with her child, the human heritage, and the kingdom’s whispering danger, all of it pulled me in and held me.
What impressed me most: you didn’t just craft a high-fantasy tale full of action and royalty you gave it soul. Sir Matthew’s path of redemption beside Karense’s burdened grace is beautiful, unexpected, and grounded in emotion. Your world-building is rich and imaginative, yet the heart of the story lies in the relationships you created the gentle courage, the fierce protectiveness, the fragile hope.
Thank you for giving us a story where fantasy feels meaningful and characters feel real. Blessed Child will live on my recommended list, and I’m eager for what you’ll write next.
This book has the feel of something quickly cobbled together. Tha MMC is sometimes called Matthew and sometimes Michael. The formatting is bad and the story extremely cheesy. I almost puked a little in my mouth trying to read this.
