More cartoon madness from Bunny, Monkey, Skunky, Le Fox and friends (and frenemies). Always entertaining, these short stories (usually 4-5pages) are just the thing for when you have a spare couple of minutes but there is also a bit of a story arc which lends to a longer read.

Suitable for adults as well as children, another winner from David Fickling Books

I am 13, I like reading books but I have profound dyslexia. I find graphic novels better than books with no pictures, as they are easier to read, and you can follow what is happening easier. I would give Bunny vs Monkey and the league of doom 4.5 out of 5 stars. The best things about this book are: it was funny and the characters said and did funny things e.g. when monkey was trying to be evil but kept on failing. The pictures were colourful and it made it easy to follow what was going on. It was about the right length for me, but it could have been longer. It took me about two weeks to read it in the evenings.

This book by Jamie Smarts has all the usual characters found in Bunny vs Monkey.
The book contains loads of fun short stories around the usual characters Bunny, Monkey, Pig, Le Fox, Action Beaver and Skunky.. This is one of a series of Bunny vs Monkey books but you don’t need to have read the other books to enjoy this one. This book is very similar to other B vs M books but is still fun. I liked all the characters and the stories were exciting to read.
.
I like these books more than Beano books because there is better quality pictures and more humour in the stories. I laughed quite a bit when reading this.

I would highly recommend this book to my friends and anyone who likes a good laugh. If you want to read a book that is fun and silly then this is the book for you!

Starting in fresh at the 9th book of a series can be problematic. There’s a whole lot of back story you’re trying to fill in the gaps for. Skunky and his crew of evil doers are trying to destroy the woods. Bunny and the woodland gang foil their plans often by complete accident. There is manic monkey being chased by mad scientists. Written in short cartoon length episodes you can dip in and out of. Colourful bright illustrations make it an attractive read.
I didn’t think it was as clever as Calvin and Hobbes or Phoebe and the Unicorn. The constant striving for annihilation made the stories a bit repetitive. Still fun and I might go back and start from the beginning sometime, which is bound to give me a different perspective.

Rating perhaps not based on my own reading experience. Our reluctant reader has been going through this series. Usually he likes funny books. After finishing this book, he walked into the kitchen with obviously shocked look on his face. In addition to the usual laughter, he experienced thrill and sorrow. Then he wanted to go to school because he wanted to talk about this book with a friend of his (who has been reading the same series).

This I find priceless.

Great art and storytelling, with a deceptive simplicity -- it's not as easy as it looks! -- and writing that is often funny and sometimes quite clever. It is a bit light and fluffy, but then it is a comedy comic for children, and the lightness allows room for a surprising and effective shift in tone towards the end.

I have enjoyed this book and I understand that this book is all about monkey the reason I know this is all the way through the book the evil scientist is searching for him and the other way is the intergalactic monkey who came in a comet looking spaceship.
As again like in every other bunny vs monkey books monkey tries to destroy bunny's house.
