Good book for anyone involved in the professional world who needs a crash course in how to handle themselves in a negotiation. Would not be a bad option for a company to provide to their new employees on the proper way to interact with coworkers/customers on a daily basis.

Great book teaching negotiation skills from the perspective that everyone can win. I like the author's ethical principles.
