I love this book!

A world where ghosts, goblins, and skeletons are the norm. And humans a frightening myth.

Travis Flynn, a writer of YA fantasy books has become a favorite writer of mine. I am over 50, have thoroughly enjoyed the books written by this author, and am looking forward to more.

These book can be enjoyed by all ages.

I stumbled upon the description for this book and thought I'd give it a go. A new take on ghosts? Why not? And I wasn't disappointed! Well written and very entertaining, the author clearly has a wonderful sense of humor that he lent to the main ghost character, Bernie. I found myself chuckling almost all the way through this delightful little story.

Of course, as an adult reading a YA book I did find some things a little too simplistic but since I'm not the target audience that's okay. Besides, it didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the book.

I did love the skeletons, especially when one of them practiced karate and the flow of learning about the ghost world kept me entertained and my attention riveted.

I do hope the author writes a sequel. There's more to be told!
