Prime is That Guy!

Enter Prime a "professional gangsta" and heir to a major financial institution in Crenshaw. Prime is everything!!! He has money, power, wisdom and an instant, irresistible pull toward Lisara. When he realizes she needs saving, he offers a marriage of convenience, even though he's already with his child's mother. He's protective, dedicated and the way he steps up to be a father figure to all those boys instantly solidified his spot as an all time book boyfriend. The chemistry between him and Lisara is undeniable and the family loyalty is beautiful to watch.

If you want a drama filled story with an alpha hero who falls first and puts his family above everything, you need to read this! Highly recommend the start of the Crenshaw Kings series!!

When I first started this I definitely thought I was getting into something they didn’t prepare me for and I stopped reading. I started back listening to the book and I really enjoyed Lisara and Primes story. Lisara was in a committed relationship with her husband she had been married to since she was 16 until she found out about his infidelity. She was left to care for her 6 boys by any means necessary. She goes from a house wife and SAHM to a hustler. I’m all for a good spicy book and this definitely served me what I needed.

I actually really enjoyed this book. I listened to it on audible which I feel made it even better especially when Prime spoke. The spice was really nice in here too😜

This was a good read!! I listened to the audiobook and listened every chance i got. I was so glad things turned around for Lisara. I plan on continuing with the series.

I didn't remember Lisara cursing as much when I read the book. The audiobook was a good refresher of the book.
