In this SHORT STORY ... Book signing, dinner and a movie ... should be fun and exciting, right? At least that's what Lilly Millenovanovich, semi-successful mystery author thought when she traveled to Atlanta. She didn't need her agent, Kate to twist her arm. Afterall, her idol author, Sylvester Stone would be there. To make it even more thrilling, Sylvester invites Lilly to dinner to celebrate his movie deal. Of course, who knew she'd find murder on the menu?
Lilly's weekend excursion should have been a little bit of work and a whole lot of fun. Shopping at the best mall ever in Atlanta, dinner with her idol ... what more could a girl ask for? So, when a murder pops up, Lilly must put her writer's detective skills to the test. Of course, a little help from boyfriend, Detective Jake Kline, and mother, Irene, is a must. A silly cozy mystery in the characterization of Stephanie Plum, even down to the name: Lily Millenovanovich.
