On brand perfection.👏🏻✨🖤🔥

If ever there was a character who needed a redemption arc, Dr Logan Mitchell is definitely the one to stand out— front line and centre.

A well-despised antagonist from author, Loralai Blake’s previous debut novella— Finding Vaness, the concept of there being a chance to redeem Logan seemed an impossibility. And yet, here we are, and Blake has not only managed to make me feel a level of connection with her erstwhile villainous demented doctor, she has even made him appealing enough to warrant a potential dark romantic HEA. Tickle me intrigued! I knew I needed to read this immediately!

The FMC, Taliah, is the perfect counterpart to our master madman Logan. This girl is a total freak, but in the best possible way. Ever after his little monster, T evolves to meet Logan’s kink head-on. An entirely unhinged pairing, there is a consistent standard of unadulterated depravity that’s dished out— and I do not exaggerate when I say that there’s some truly top-shelf shenanigans afoot between the pages of Redeeming Logan. So, if like me, your tastes are thusly inclined, be prepared for things to pop right off. The dark recesses of Ms. Blake’s mind are a veritable playground of perversion that keeps her readership deeply invested.🤌🏻

I’ve adored Loralai’s work from the get-go and have proudly been on board from day dot. There are seemingly no hard limits to her glorious imaginings and I cannot wait to see what comes next from this talented indie author. If you haven't read one of her books yet and happen to enjoy some twisted horror erotica, then this is who/what you're gonna wanna pop on your TBR.

First and foremost, let me mention that I was one of the readers that was pleased to discover that there was more to Logan at the end of Finding Vanessa. Although I was little scared I would never survive the 🫚. IYKYK

One may say that the author offered us a new and improved Logan. She was constant with the characters' underlying evil, which I adore. She made sure Logan's wickedness stayed true to the essence of what I admired in him.

The descriptive writing was flawless. The words didn't simply stay on the paper. I could smell everything and feel every event that took place at Harmony Heights.

Logan continues to be a man who pursues his own desires in this narrative, which leads us to Taliah. An erratic vixen who falls in the hands of a madman.

The story felt to have had a personal touch from Loralai that was genuinely felt and valued.

One day one sitting read. Loved it.

Redeeming Logan is the story of Dr. Logan, the villain (seems tame to describe him as that, he’s dark!) in Finding Vanessa. I would suggest reading Finding Vanessa first.

This book was everything I wanted from Dr. Logan’s story: dark, gory, and spicy. Read the triggers, there’s plenty!

Taliah was interesting character at first I thought she would be a somewhat weak or scared but she surprised me 100% but man her parents are truly disgusting and there hygiene oh man I wanted puke and the way the house was described I felt sick. Dr Logan Mitchell he one dark depraved unhinged man just the way I like them

He knew right away the darkness hidden in his little monster the way he just pulled it out of her which she didn't mind she may have been confused at what she was feeling but Logan she felt something deep and connection towards him I loved it.. I was it sad when he did ignore her at first he did warm his way back after opening up I won't say too much. This was such a good book. Loved the ending as well

I absolutely enjoyed this book. Logan is a doctor but has some unconventional ways. He’s looking for his perfect little lamb. Does Taliah fit into his world? Is she accepting of his ways? Or is she just as unhinged as he is? Absolutely must read!

Holy fuck! This book is so beautifully written, so dark and disturbing and absolutely delicious. I cannot get enough of Dr. Logan and Taliah together. They are clearly a match made in hell and I need more of them. I was so happy when Loralai announced we were getting a book for Dr. Logan, because he was so deliciously insane in Finding Vanessa, and if you read that, trust me you are not prepared for his mind in this book. And I love that he turns into a "soft only for her" type of guy, but not too soft to where he can't still be crazy with her.

PLEASE read the triggers for this, it is insanely dark, but it is so good if that's something you're into😉

“Relax, Little Monster, let me show you just how good it feels to live in the darkness with me.”

WOW! A psychotic monster possibly getting his HEA, intriguing. There is just something about evil twisted villains finding their other halves that had me devouring this story.

Dr. Logan Mitchell is incredibly twisted, definitely psychotic and brutal in every way. He craves violence, has an insatiable need to cut and make people bleed and keeps trophies of his victims. He’s looking for his new little lamb, but so far has no luck. Until an innocent young woman is given over into his care.

Taliah has had a shit life, and it continues in that direction when her parents need to pay off their debts and decide to hand her over instead. Taliah is innocent until Dr. Logan gets his hands on her and they both realize there is a twisted darkness hidden underneath Taliah’s innocence that is ready to come out to play in Dr. Logan’s depravity. Let the games begin.

These two were an unexpected coupling that I never knew I needed. Taliah is just as much of a freak as Dr. Logan is and she is just as violent and brutal as he can be. They take debauchery to a whole new level and I loved every bloody moment of it.

“This man will be the death of me, but one thing is for certain, I will thank him while he’s tearing me to pieces.”

The banter was perfect, the violence was brutal, and the spice was sinfully delicious. Taliah and Dr. Logan are perfectly psychotic and brutal together. A match made in hell.

Fantastic writing, creative, descriptive and gory imagery, and characters that you hate to love but can’t help falling for and loving their unconventional relationship.

AMAZING!!!

“Little Monster, I thought that we could have a playdate together. Your darkness and my own, thriving in the same room together. Would you enjoy that?”

I have been not so patiently waiting for this masterpiece since I first read Finding Vanessa both of which were done phenomenally. If you haven’t read the first of the series you definitely need to read it before diving in so you understand the background of Logan.

Loralai you did an amazing job with this read but it’s not a surprise. As much as I disliked Logan in the first book, you did this man justice in this book, and I absolutely loved his character and his growth. Logan story is dark and twisted, full of gore and torture, but you can tell the love that was shown when creating this character.

Taliah grew up with a shitty life and shitty parents to match, when she’s sold off to pay her parents debt she doesn’t know what to expect going for one form of extreme torture to the next. Logan believes through Taliah and her innocence he has found his “little lamb” what he doesn’t expect is her darkness calls to his and matches his just as fiercely.

This was a delicious but sinful read that takes you on a whirlwind of a ride and leave you grasping for more. Read the triggers before diving in as always your mental health matters.

Redeeming Logan is a journey into the depths of darkness that is not for the faint-hearted. Loralai Blake’s writing is as gripping as ever, weaving a tale that is both horrifying and magnetic. This is an extremely dark book, and I strongly urge readers to thoroughly check the content warnings. Even as someone who often dives into heavy themes, I found myself caught off guard at times, which speaks volumes about the intensity of the story.

I met Logan in Loralai's book finding Vanessa and he was pure evil. Now, while we see the same sides of Logan, we also catch him using his unorthodox methods to showcase his affections. Logan and Taliah are captivatingly twisted characters, pulling you into their dangerous and consuming dynamic. Logan, with his chilling facade and thirst for control, is terrifying yet fascinating, while Taliah’s discovery of her own inner darkness adds a complex and unexpected layer to the narrative. The line between predator and prey blurs in a way that is both unsettling and enthralling.

This is not a light read, therefore it should not be approached as one. While this book won’t be for everyone, fans of dark romance and psychological thrillers will find it unforgettable. Loralai Blake continues to prove her mastery of pushing boundaries while crafting characters and narratives that leave a mark long after you're done.

I want to start this off by saying, I thought I knew what I was getting myself into. The author even warned me, and I was still left sitting here with my mouth wide open, surprised by what I just read.

This is not a genre I typically read, but I’m glad I have it a shot. It’s been a while since I’ve read something and said to myself “wtf did I just read?” Within 163 pages, the author shocked me constantly. I couldn’t put it down and read the whole thing in one sitting.

The reason I rate this as a 3 star book is simply because I wish I got to learn more about the characters. I don’t think this was meant to be that kind of book, but the characters were interesting and I felt like there was so much more to learn about them. There is a book prior to this one with Logan in it that I have not read (each book is a standalone), but even learning more about Tahlia and seeing her background prior to arriving at her “final destination” we’ll say, would have been nice.

I will leave you with this: if ‘Haunting Adeline’ or other popular taboo dark romances were heavy or too depraved for you, DO NOT READ THIS BOOK. It’s dark and twisted beyond belief and the characters have MINIMAL redeeming qualities. They are morally black and happily so.

Now to go read this authors newest pitch black novel 😅

Ok ok so Finding Vanessa wasn't as good as Redeeming Logan in my eyes.

Logan is a sick sick man. Kinda.. More like a man that is misunderstood. He was craving things that are normally taboo in the real world and it unfortunately happened after his mother passed. I wont give too many details but part of his obsession with his first "little lamb" was why I didnt like parts of the first book.. But when Vanessa got away and now the story turns to him.. It got better. I knew what to expect with gore and erotica so I wasn't surprised.. what I was surprised with was Tahlia. She's a freaky gal too. SO over all I think 4 stars is fair. Im glad that Logan found something to focus his urges on and with. Even psychopaths deserve love. Thank you for the opportunity to read this a tad earlier than release. Im glad I stuck with it. The writing was actually great, Loralai did a fantastic job at bringing terror, anxiety, suspense, anger, love and spice to the page. It is shorter so there isn't a need for everything to be drug out and too over explained. I enjoyed the relationship that was built even though they are cray cray. :)

Redeeming Logan by Loralai Blake

Well I have to say Loralai has done it again. Redeeming Logan is a follow-up to Finding Vanessa in regards that now we get to see what Dr. Logan has been up to.

Dr. Logan is still searching for his perfect little lamb or so we thought. After watching White Valley burn Dr. Logan found himself at Harmony Heights. And this is where his story truly begins.

Taliah’s story begins with being given away to a debt collector to pay off her parents drug debt. Which in turn she is then sold to Harmony Heights for cash. Truly this girl has gone through some shit just to be plunged into more shit at the hands of Dr. Logan. Well that was my first thought. Come to find out Talia is just as fucked up as Dr. Logan.

To sum up their relationship would be to say that Dr. Logan didn't find his perfect little lamb but instead he found his perfect little monster.

I truly enjoy Dr. Logan and Taliah’s story. Loralai gave just enough background on Dr. Logan to help understand him better. But also providing him with another that has just as much of a dark side as he does. That being said this book is not for everyone. Please check your triggers before reading.

“Relax, Little Monster, let me show you just how good it feels to live in the darkness with me.”

I’ve been looking forward to seeing how Logan’s character development would progress after Finding Vanessa. He really is not redeemable at all, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to like his story.

But I did. All he needed was his equal. He was looking for his little lamb, but instead he found his little monster. His partner in crime.

Taliah gives Logan a run for his money. Once she lets go and steps into her darkness, she becomes Logan’s equal in all ways. They work. And they work together in tandem on their extra curricular activities.

He is in awe of her and it was fun to read him coming to terms with how he feels about Taliah. He almost doesn’t continue his interactions with her because she confuses him. His realization that he actually doesn’t want to un alive her was priceless given his history.

They are a perfect match. I really enjoyed the epilogue where we see them two years later. It was a great peak into where they fell in their dynamic.

Can’t wait to see what next from Loralai Blake!

I have been waiting on pins and needles since I finished Finding Vanessa for this to come out. Thank you Loralai for bringing my fav depraved doc back!

I know I’m in the minority for my love of Dr. Logan, but I just love me a good villain. And Logan absolutely gets his “redemption” in this one. He doesn’t believe he will ever find his Little Lamb again after Vanessa.

Taliah had had a pretty rough go of it so far, and things are about to get worse for her. Her parents sell her off to cover their drug debt and she ends up in the hands of Dr. Logan. Her fire will never be extinguished no matter what he tries to do to her.
She hates him and she hates him all the more for making her feel.

She’s perfect, she’s pure, she’s his and she’s going to be his greatest achievement.

I loved how they healed each other in the only way that could ever truly happen. They are absolutely perfect for each other.

“Extremely Spicy and Extremely Unhinged”

Finding Vanessa is where we met him, but Redeeming Logan is where we got more of an insight on our dear, Dr. Logan Mitchell. Logan has always been a well-deserved despised antagonist and as much as you love to hate him, somehow the author has warped my mind to want him to have that redemption with a HEA.

When he meets Taliah, he’s mesmerized to discover that her kinks meet his from the very start. Now, I’m not one to boast about scenes in a book, but DAMN. Let’s just say, if you like to indulge in the depravity, Redeeming Logan does not hold back! And don’t even get me started on the nail gun scene…. Like 😮😮😮

But overall, if you’re in searching for something sexually unhinged and Finding Vanessa wasn’t enough to fill the urge, Redeeming Logan will do just that for you! I literally could not put this book down from the start and anticipating the next release from Blake!

Redeeming Logan is the next book after Finding Vanessa. This was depraved, detailed in the depravity and I loved it. The Little Lamb became the Little Monster and Dr. Logan wanted his revenge. Dr Logan is now at Harmony Heights Mental facility and testing site. When a girl is as a debt payment all bets are off. However Dr. Logan sees something in her and wants to bring out her darkness. Through the depravity, gore, and viciousness and the need for revenge it hits even deeper when he sees Taliah in the office of Harmony Heights being admitted he gets giddy. Taliah feels like it is a blessing and a curse for her to be at Harmony Heights, It has to be better than where she came from. She is soon realizing that is may be her worse fate yet. This was beautifully executed and I had a lot of fun reading this.

The first half I wasn’t really sure how I felt about it and then she started to get really intense very quickly and I was really into it . The first half doesn’t have much of a plot, and the one that’s there is a bit chaotic, however once the spice kicked in at the halfway mark so did the rest of it.. is it Stockholm syndrome or is it crazy finally seeing crazy? I don’t know but either way it was hot. Doctor patient taboo but psychotic edition.

Both want love and be loved, but don’t know how to. Overprotective, psychotic, hot - all the best parts of dark Romance.

There was a scene in the book that had me genuinely gagging and it takes A LOT for that to happen. So I consider that a triumph on the authors part

Read the trigger warnings if you’re sensitive to anything ; I was more than fine, but a lot of people wouldn’t be. The gore is intense in parts.

Gah, I thought book one was amazing, this was everything and more. Logan was a monster in book one. The things he done was awful. But I loved every minute of it. And when I found out he was going to have his kind of redemption story I knew I needed it. I'm just a sucker for messed up and unhinged guys.

"Relax, little monster, let me show you just how good it feels to live in the darkness with me "

Taliah and Logan are so ment for each other, two dark and damaged souls, with the most blackest hearts out there.

It was dark, raw, gory , spicy and so much more. I just couldn't get enough of it.

Taliah comes across like she's this innocent, shy little girl, but she's none of that. And the good old doctor picks up on that right away. Her parents are vile fuckers.

Logan is ready to play with her darkness and seeks it to come out and play. And when it does it's fucking delicious.

I can't wait to see what else this author brings out. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying, I am a huge fan of “Finding Vanessa”, I mean Huge fan. I absolutely hated Dr. Logan, so the wait for this has been excruciating. Now, I had a small conversation with Ms. Blake a while ago and this topic of hate was discussed, to which she said “Oh wait for Logan’s redemption in his own book”, to which I said “Hell no, I will not like that man”. Well, hell. This book had me from the jump. Do I like him now? Yes, Kinda still hate the man but it’s more of a love hate thing. I loved this storyline for him and the characters, of course they win also. I am so extremely happy to have read this book. Ms. Loralai Blake did not disappoint me at all and this 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ has my heart and a spot on the trophy shelf!

Redeeming Logan, written by Loralai Blake, is kind of a follow-up to Finding Vanessa where you are introduced to Dr. Logan. This book is not for everyone, so check your trigger warnings. This one is dark!

This book focuses on Logan and Taliah, his “patient” and new obsession. Logan is drawn to her immediately and knows that she is his little monster. Taliah is indeed his little monster; she is just as unhinged as he is.

This book is dark, depraved, and delicious! Loralai does a great job setting the mood and lures you in. She makes you crave Dr. Logan as much as Taliah does if not more!

Thank you to Loralai Blake for gifting me an eARC of Redeeming Logan. I am leaving this review voluntarily. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Ohh my gawddd!!! Logan was such the bad guy in Finding Vanessa; which you need to go read if you havent; that I was so worried how this book would end up!!
But I WAS NOT disappointed! This book was such a thrill! And Logan was ughh!!
Of course he's continued his hunt for his Little Lamb being the gorgeous villian he is, and found his Little Monster instead.
She is literally his other half, made for each other, he only had to bring out the darkness in her that was begging to be brought to the light!

I was sent an ARC copy of this book, but I am not being paid for this review. This is entirely my own opinion.

Dr. Logan is back and better than ever! I loved this book even more than the first! We really get to see Logan as a person and not just villain this time. Taliah and Logan were truly made for each other! The way they violently love one another is honestly one of my favorite MMC/FMC bonds.

Again, my only complaint is I need more. I wish these were longer books so we could really dive into the relationships deeper. This did leave me wanting to know more about the relationship between the characters!

I will say the spice is SPICY y’all. Mind your triggers because this is a pitch black romance, that was almost too dark for me to handle! Happy reading!

Oh Loralai this book caught me hook line and sinker. I read this book in one sitting.
Logan has so much anger for those who wronged him and he takes it out on his "little lambs" now here comes along Talia who meets his crazy head on and doesn't back down. You go girl. She isn't afraid to show him he can be redeemed.
My favorite quote is
I want you, Logan. I need you. I’m so numb without you. Make me bleed. Hurt me. Destroy me. Whatever you want, just keep me. Let me be your perfect little monster.”
So Logan found his perfect little monster 💀

Redeeming Logan

Whew! I couldn’t put this book down—I devoured it. First, thank you, Loralai, for staying true to Logan. In Finding Vanessa, we got our first look at him, seeing just how unhinged he could be. But in Redeeming Logan, we got to see a whole new side of him—and I’m here for it. Taliah was nothing like I expected, and together, these two are a force to be reckoned with. That quick word at the end- blew me away! Loralai can do no wrong when it comes to her writing. If she writes it, I’m reading it. Absolutely loved this book—more, please!

I arc read this and it’s the first from the author so I’m going to read Finding Vanessa, this was truly an amazing read, Logan is misunderstood he’s trying to find someone who will love him good and bad, he tortures and kills getting a rise literally out of doing so until he meets Talia who was given to him as payment for a debt, she quickly falls for him when she sees him carving into a woman and she gets off on it, the gore and spice are evenly matched just like Logan and Talia, give this a read I know you will enjoy it

Redeeming Logan by Loralei Blake is a follow novel to her novella Finding Vanessa . This is a romantic thriller that is definitely thrilling in every way. After reading Finding Vanessa I have been waiting for this impatiently.

Logan was a character I was not sure could be redeemed but if anyone could do it this author could. The characters spring back to life and this time we have Taliah. Holy moly this gir is next level. She meets Dr Logan at every twist of his mind. Almost challenging and intriguing him. These two are the perfect pair.

Such a great book. Can not wait for her next one.

After reading Finding Vanessa I was definitely hanging out for more from Loralai Blake and with Redeeming Logan I was not disappointed. Jumping into the twisted mind of Doctor Logan and one of his patients Taliah. I was completely absorbed in this dark and twisted read. As twisted as he is this book definitely gives you a different perspective of the infamous Logan and I'm loving it. Don't forget to check the TW/CW before diving in some scenes and topics may be uncomfortable for some, but if you can handle get ready for the dark depravity hidden at Harmony Heights.

This is definitely a WTF did I just read type of book.

Make sure to check trigger warnings, as there is a lot in this book.

Thalia has had an awful experience growing up with two addicted parents who have never loved her. They sell her to an asylum where Dr. Logan works. This asylum isn't to make you better, but to make you disappear. In a strange twisted way, the two bring out each other's darkness. I'm not going to lie, I loved when they got back at her parents (even if I wanted to vomit at the description of her fathers unwashed you know what). Surprisingly there is a HEA

First and foremost. READ THOSE TRIGGER WARNINGS ⚠️..
This is an erotic horror.

Logan has got a lot of pent-up anger against those who thought loved him.

Along comes Taliah!! The girl whose parents gave her away to settle a debt.

One thing that was on Logan's mind was the very opposite of what his little Monster did..

This was my first read of this author and it won't be my last.
It was well-written. The character's chemistry was so magnetic. That it was sizzling.
