A gorgeous and important book! A must-read.

This is a thoughtful and loving book asking all of us to be aware and kind humans to each other. The illustrations are beautiful as well. Who better to write such a lovely story than a formerly homeless teen who changed her life and now makes a difference as a physician? Everyone, including libraries, schools, and shelters, needs this book!

There is no one who can share a story as well as someone who has been there. Combine that with exceptional illustrations and you have a must-share book for children and adults alike. YIMBY is a heartwarming guide to being present and helpful in the community you live in.
