Rock star Dave Bartlett takes the biggest chance of his life when he conceals his identity from Amber, a workaholic that owns her own import business. She lost interest in the rock scene before Dave became a superstar. Although he is not her type, she cannot resist his persistent overtures and impulsive, romantic gestures.


Things really start to steam up when they bet on who can keep their lust under control the longest. Since they’re keeping the relationship out of the bedroom, they end up talking and really getting to know each other. Both benefit from this arrangement. Amber discovers how to relax and to let go of her problems, while Dave finds there are better ways to enjoy himself besides a steady diet of the party scene. The rest of their time is spent in attempts to seduce each other in a variety of romantic settings.


The one thing Amber will not tolerate is a liar. When the truth about Dave’s identity is inevitably revealed, will she stay on to catch her falling star?
