This is how it’s done! This is how to introduce the topic of witchcraft to a noob who only know witchcraft from television.
This book is priceless. It’s so easy, funny even and very practical with its step by step instructions. It’s how a GOOD teacher teaches students who want them to learn and not just show off their prowess on the subject.

Amazing beginners guide
Piper really knocked this book out of the park. I devoured it in a day! I've been reading several books of the same topic of wicca/witchcraft/beginnings and I feel the way she presents the information is easier to digest and follow. I really felt like she was with me on my journey to discover myself and my ways of practicing magic. I look forward to reading more of her work to further my studies.

A decent book for people that are new to witch craft. It might not be a good read for someone who has a lot more experience in the craft.

Great Beginning Witchcraft Overview Book!
I recently read another beginning book on witchcraft with a similar title (which was also excellent), but this was a totally different take and gave me yet another way forward as a new witch! I loved the conversational tone throughout the book, and I so enjoyed the great overview of so many things - from protection spells to lunar cycles to tarot cards to crystals (and SO much more!) - all laid out in an easy to follow format that allowed me to sample and get a feel for a broad range of things as a new witch, which allows me to personalize my path forward. I also enjoyed how the important lists (i.e. crystal meanings, what spells are most effective at what times of day and days of the week, lunar phases and meanings, astrology meanings, etc.) were laid out in table format for easy reference later. “Awakening the Witch Within” is an excellent addition to my (and anyone’s) new witch resource library!
