I did not expect the werewolf and the Anglican vicar to be on the same side … and that the werewolf would be the one to save the village. Some pretty ghastly monsters in this tale. ***
“Step into my parlour said the spider to the fly!” (p12)
“.. a monster created by Dr. Frankenstein himself!” (p18)
This book is alright book if you are in like 2nd or 3rd grade or it would be a good book to read to your kids too if there in kindergarten. The werewolf looked good and so did the other charters but i think that the vampire looked kinda cheesy.
I really liked this book!! Have you ever been looking for books and you found one that looked really weird to you? That happened to me when i found this book. I started reading it and it was about a werewolf, a vampire, a town, two children, and the town priest. Well the vampire started affecting a town called Dredsad. So one night she went to Dredsad and stole two kids from the town and a whole bunch of vampire huters tried to get the kids back but each time someone went they never came back. Fianlly some one came and told the priest of the town he could kill the vampire. Wat he asked in return was not much but you have to read the book to find out the rest. I thought I wouldn't like the book because the first page I read was long and boring. But then I kept reading and really got into it. I also thought it would be weird because of the cover and I'm not really into vampires and werewolves. Even if you don't like vampires, werewolves, and graphic novels you may like this book.
