My books are founded on the notion that the world is full of adventure — you can find it everywhere and anywhere. I want you to enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy writing them.
I always wanted to be a writer. When I was in first grade I was already writing stories of vampires and monsters; by fifth grade I had graduated to spy heroes and assorted adventurers. Then came the westerns. I ended up becoming a professional writer of public relations materials, mostly for the medical industry. Let me tell you, nothing is more soul-crushing than writing about urge urinary incontinence when you want to be writing about dangerous men and even more dangerous adversaries.
I’ve written a few nonfiction books over the years, but my daydreams just got bigger and bigger. I wanted an imaginative landscape similar to all the craziness going-on inside my head, so I moved to fiction. I wrote many (many!) books until I finally had my first success with both the Tales of Tom Mix and Bradigan’s Mountain series.
My Jess Galleon Adventures are designed to generate the thrills I felt reading the great adventure stories of my boyhood.

Another fantastic Flint adventure
Flint is a cold blooded US Marshal and keeps his own code of right and wrong. He is tasked to escort a child murderer and his doctor who says he is mentally ill to an asylum. However the law in the town doesn't like it much and the child's father, an important man, likes it even less. He hires killers to way lay the marshal and his charges out in the wilderness, but that is easier said than done.
Highly recommended, A quick read with good action and fantastic characters. Flint is as well done a character as you can have and I'm looking forward to more of his adventures.

Book 2 was the best story I've read in many years and I've read over 2000 since Jan 2023.
Book #2 was the most exciting, nail biting suspenseful story I've read in quite awhile. The characters are great and to group them together is ingenious.

Another good western.
Ezra Flint has to escort a prisoner to the insane asylum in the company of a psychologist. They are followed by four bad men who were paid to kill them. How the Marshall saves the innocent and punishes the guilty makes for interesting reading.
